Leonardo DiCaprio has been named Tag Heuer's new ambassador (replacing the Benjamin Button star), his rep confirms to Usmagazine.com.

Pitt's six-year contract ended in November, according to WWD, which first reported the news. DiCaprio has signed on for three years, Tag Heuer's spokesperson confirms.

The actor's rep tells Us that DiCaprio is committing several million dollars and all the royalties from the "green partnership" to support major environment initiatives.

The new campaign -- showing DiCaprio wearing the Carrera Day-Date model (which retails for about $4,000) -- hits billboards and luxury magazines this spring.
