Lisa must feel insecure, trying to prove to the world she is a sex symbol,even if it isn`t the real thing. She does look very strange with those "god awful lips"!

Lisa used to be beautiful.... but the plastic surgery now makes her look not only like a freak but evil.... sorry.... that's the truth. She should have left alone what never needed fixing.

Unfortunately, we all make mistakes and I imagine living in Hollywood gives one really low self esteem. Look at the number of people who've had plastic surgery, or work out with a trainer every single day of their lives, not to be fit but to be skinny. That kind of pressure would get to anyone. So while I'm not saying that I think she looks perfectly natural, I do admire her for coming out and talking about it. I also admire her for not just being a "celebrity." In addition to all the work she does in Hollywood, she owns and runs her own clothing store and has two kids. Anybody with that kind of schedule might rightfully want to look and feel younger.

I am SO glad she is FINALLY realizing she looks horrible!!! Lisa Rinna is NOT a beautiful woman. She looked 10 times better than she does now when she played 'Billie' on Days (that was before all that crap she did). I know I'm not the only one who feels this way & I'm getting SO sick of seeing her on tv. The way she's headed she's going to be the next Joan Rivers (UGH!!!!)

Lisa forgot to say that there's an injected filler in her lips.They're fake and worse than her cheeks.

I don't know what this woman is complaining about she looks very pretty in the photograph. The other people bashing her looks are nine times out of ten either plain or homely usually the norm for those who critize. As far as the comment about " Stop all of the stupid religious stuff" goes. If you aren't religious that is your problem no one is trying to convert anyone here & people who are religious are as entitled to voice their opinion as you are!!

Lisa is still a beautiful woman. And now, she's even more lovely coming out with her honesty. I appreciate her courage. The most important thing is to learn and grow.

(Shame on the ones on this blog for kicking someone when they are down. I don't even read this magazine, but I came across it via the news online. I think one of the most ugly things in life is jealousy. Those of you doing the bashing, and enjoying someone elses sorrow and regrets, are the ones with the larger problem. Be nice.)

I think it's great that she is finally admitting to having work done. She always had full beautiful lips, but over the years they kept geting bigger,here is no denying this now because it is even more obvious. In this picture it doesn't look so bad, it seems the swelling has gone down alot.

Well at least she is honest. She is a beautiful woman, no need for all the nip and tucks.

It seems that her look is ever-changing. Her lips keep getting larger (although she claims they are "original"), her face now is awkward and her body is wasting away. A once attractive, somewhat semi-talented actress blew a ton of money to be a freak. When will they ever learn? Getting wrinkles, gray hair, thinning lips is a natural aging process....if more people would accept it more people would truly be happy. Too much emphasis on physical beauty...and more often than not the attempts to achieve it fail. Quite a shame. Just hope Harry Hamlin is accepting of Lisa's changes.

I believe technology has advanced enough for her to avoid such mistakes,what part of the world is her plastic surgeon from?Sue him/her for not providing professional advice. Lisa, you ought to have asked for a generated imagery of how you gonna look after surgery. Above all,the truth is; its only in Christ Jesus you'll find completeness,'cos He died for you and loves you dearly.

You would think people would know there's no going back, no matter how much $$$ you have. Look at Micheal Jackson. Doctors will only tell you how hideous you look before they operate, then it only last 4-6 years, and it has to be redone.
Lips get thinner after 40, that's why they look so unnatural when you inflate em. We are all prefect just as we are people.

She is going to regret ever coming out and mentioning the cheeks. Maybe she was hoping to draw attention away from those awful lips or the way way way too thin body with the way too big boobs that make her look as if she is going to tip over. She looked good on Days. Vanity is U G L Y!
