Not exactly buying this story. Wouldn't surprise me if she got arrested on purpose. I mean, her career is O-V-E-R! How else is she going to get people to notice her? Just pitiful. Call me cruel, but..... this is sketchy.

It makes me so mad to see the number of people defending her! If it were anyone else you'd all be slamming them for driving under the influence, whether it was perscribed medication or illegal! This discusts me! It's such a double standard like so many others we have. She could have killed someone!!! Even if her meds weren't working for her or she was having bad symptoms because of them it's her job to voice her concerns to her doctors or they won't and will not be able to fix the problem! Don't make excuses for her because you like her. It doesn't make what she did ok. She should have gotten arrested. Yes, I wish her well and hope she can get the help she needs but I do not agree with the choices she made.

Heather. Your rich, your beautiful, you have a beautiful daughter who needs you. YOu have so much success and so much to be thankful for. There are so many of us working form day to night trying to make ends meet, but this shows you all the money in the world, doesn't buy you happiness. It seems you and Richie are miserable without eachother. Why not give it anoter try? I don't reccomend staying with cheaters often, but maybe the temptation has been to great, and now everyone realizes what they had now that its gone.

When you're put on medication for anxiety and depression, there's side effects to those meds. Dr's don't seem to stress enough to their patients these side effects. They can have just as much impact on judgement as being drunk does, and people don't realize this. Not the people taking them, or the observers of the behaviors. It doesn't mean that they are addicted or anything. It just means they have to learn how to recognize and handle these side effects. When they do, they can lead lives that are just as "normal" as anyone else around.

I don't understand why everyone feels so bad for her. She got caught driving under the influence. She should be in trouble. Would you be feeling bad for her if she had killed someone by crashing into them? she should be in huge trouble, go to jail, and pay a whole bunch of money. She might be a celebrity, but that isn't an excuse. No one has a right to take someone else's life in their hands by drving under the influence. I hope she rots in jail.
