Lost's Naveen Andrews was awarded physical and legal custody of his 3-year-old son Wednesday in L.A Superior Court, according to TMZ.com.
The boy's mother, Elena Eustache, had taken him without L.A. County permission after accusing Andrews' girlfriend, actress Barbara Hershey, of practicing witchcraft and poisoning her son, according to TMZ.

But a judge didn't buy her claims.
Under Wednesday's ruling, the boy is now allowed to travel to Hawaii -- where Andrews films Lost -- and can be accompanied either by the actor or Hershey. Andrews' lawyer, Laura Wasser, also asked the judge to order Eustache to undergo psychiatric testing.
After the hearing, Eustache (who sat on the court steps bawling) told TMZ: "I can't believe celebrities and their money. They always get what they want."
A full hearing is set for next month.
