I grew up in a broken home mother was a drunk father was always going to kill himslef--they had 5 kids who they say they never wanted.I was the oldest- a built in babysitter and punching bag..they finally divorced after I left home-- even after all this I did not grow up to drink do drugs or hit my children- I have been married 36 years and we have 2 sons who went on to graduate from college and lead their own lives.Growing up in a mansion and having all inside broken is a huge excuse.Its the little voice inside that says I am better than any of this that makes you want to stay clear of that crap- she had it all and threw it away and has now run out of excuses.Some say hope rehab helps- rehab!!!!!!!!!!!!!! R U kidding the woman probably owns the rehab building by now.I do not feel one ounce of pity for her she gets what she deserves.Hope she can clean up in the slammer and I hope her son has the will to stay clean.

You Are the most ignorant person ever! Just because you stayed clear from drugs, beatings, or WHATEVER, doesnt mean EVERYONE does. It's ignorant of you to assume that everyone that sees bad things happen know how to live the rest of their lives in peace. GET A REALITY CHECK. It was obviously the only life she knew how to live, so she followed it. Howeve that DOES NOT make her a bad person.

They say heroin is the hardest drug to kick. I guess they were right.

This is very sad. What makes people destroy themselves like this? She needs to get herself to rehab pronto and put her life back together.

Maybe you should get off the keyboard and quit judging people you don't even know, that's just plain selfish.
Get your a** moving before it grows right through the chair. And do something for others.

She herself may not think she's attractive (I disagree, I think she's a pretty lady) but have you ever seen her ex's, they are all really good looking men, so she has never had trouble in that area. I noticed on imdb that she is married, since '05 I think. I certainly hope her husband isn't a user too.

First of all. Please stop talking you sick, sick bastard.

Second of all, some of you have an extremely bad image of the "average drug addict" probably propagated by hollywood and anti-drug commercials. Yes, most are irresponsible, seemingly apathetic, and self-centered..

But being one myself, who's been dealing with it for the past few years I can tell you that there are a lot of people out there addicted that you would never suspect. Even when I was doing heroin I still helped other people out as much as I could.

I'm not saying you should like or trust addicts. Just don't condemn them to hell without actually knowing them..

I disagree, she seems nice and I loved her on One day at a time. I hope Val gives her a call and lends her some support! This girls had it hard. Also, I think shes cute in her own way. She's thin and has a nice face and hair, yes, a few wrinkles, but hey, at least her face isnt frozen with botox and the like.

She's 2 years older than me and looks 10 to 15 years older. Bless her heart, I sure hope she get control of it finally. Doing drugs that hard core at her age, she a heart attack waiting to happen.

I feel sorry for her. She didn't have decent parents growing up. What kind of parent introduces their child to drugs? She was hooked at a very young age because of this. What a sad life she has led.

I'm really sorry to read about her relapse. I know that she was drug free for years. Her focus on her son helped to keep her free. Now that he's an adult, I guess she's free of that reason. Too bad. She grew up in an atmosphere that made drugs, sex, and perversion a way of life. She had no other foundation. She had nothing else to lean on. Too bad. John Phillips should never have been a father. Her mother should never have been a mother. Now, we see the result.

This is a really sad surprise. I thought this addiction was behind her. Me and many others were rotting for her. As far as anyone knew she was clean and sober. I wonder how long she has been fooling people since 1994?

Doing hard drugs at this age is super stupid and of course at any age but when you get older the heart and brain cannot take it.

She does not look bad for 48.
But the additions are sad.
