Michelle Williams' father, Larry, has agreed to be extradited to the U.S. to face tax evasion charges, the Associated Press reports.
The 65-year-old, who is a prominent stock market trader, had been fighting returning to the U.S. since he was arrested in Australia in 2006 while on a speaking tour. He's been out on bail.

The Virgin Islands resident is wanted for questioning by the IRS for allegedly evading $1.5 million in unpaid taxes stemming from book royalties and earnings from worldwide seminars he gave between 1990 and 2001.
Sydney's The Daily Telegraph reports Williams leaves for L.A. on Wednesday.
"I will fight this and win," the paper quotes Williams as saying before being escorted to court by sheriffs. "I will be back - I have a lot of friends here in Australia."
Michelle Williams is best known for her 2005 film Brokeback Mountain, for which she received an Oscar nomination.
She currently lives in Brooklyn, New York, with her 3-year-old, Matilda. The child's father, Heath Ledger, died from a prescription drug overdose last January.
