Miley Cyrus on Older Beau: I've Learned Not to "Worry About the Age"

 Flynet Miley Cyrus is playing coy when it comes to her 20-year-old beau, model Justin Gaston. "Maybe, maybe not," she said Thursday on Ryan Seacrest's KIIS-FM radio show when asked if they are dating. "Right now, everything is, like, really good. I haven't really been answering the question much just because we're just really happy with everything and the way everything has worked out." She added, "He's been a really great friend, more than anything." See Miley Cyrus and other stars' baby photos. Cyrus - who turns 16 on Nov. 23 - said she was miffed that "everyone started judging us as soon as we started hanging out. "After my last two years, there's been a lot of things that happened, so I've learned just not to judge anyone and go into our friendship with an open mind and not really worry about the age or anything," she continued. Eventually we went our seperate ways, but to this day (with the exception of Mike, love of my life who is 10, yes, TEN years my senior) if i asked my family to find me a husband they'd say 'you go get the dress, we'll go find randy'! The point of my ramblin': for all you busybodies know, dating this dude could be the best decision she'll ever make! if you really need to worry about someone else's life, get a puppy.

Well Brookelyn you are correct to a point. However, the two kids being friends is not a felony. I don't believe that Cyrus has admitted to them officially "dating." Let's not jump the gun on this one. I'm really not sure who gave you the right to judge ANYONE elses Christian or moral values/beliefs. You even said yourself that you are not religious, so what do you know about Christian beliefs and values? Sure there are years of research to back up the law that is in place, but the research is in no way factual. The human mind differs from person to person in almost every aspect, as everyone is different. We all have our own thoughts and interpret things differently. What kind of a scale was this so called research done on? Maybe they researched a group of 500 people to get their information, but in case you didn't know, there are millions of people living in America. There is no way to prove that each and every person of that age has the same mind set on ANYTHING. Next time you decide to share your opinion, try leaving your judgemental and scientific fantasies out of it.

When I was 15 my dad would have killed me if he knew I was dating a 22 year old guy. A lot of magazines have been saying he is 20 but he is 22. I think that she is going to be in the same position as all the other teen pop stars if she stays with this guy. I mean hello? She is 15. She is famous but she is still a minor. And I think that a 22 year old guy that is interested in a 15 year old girl has some issues. When I think back to when I was 15 I had a boyfriend that was 17. That was a big deal. I hope that her dad realizes that "NICE" guys still want to have sex with his daughter, and even though he might say he will keep his hands off, lets be real here. Let's not be stupid and think that because she is a talented kid or beyond her years that she is not just that a KID!

When you take away all the makeup, fame & image, you have a child who is in no way different developmentally than any other 15 year old! I’m very liberal and non-religious, but I’ve had extensive education on the subject & experience so I have a clear understanding of why it’s never ok. Miley is NOT a bad kid, she just has some BAD advice. Don’t judge Miley. When relations occur between a child and an adult, it is ALWAYS the adult’s fault. ALWAYS.
