Nelly Furtado is off the market!

The singer tied the knot with her sound engineer fiance of one year, Demacio Castellon, over the summer, she reveals in an interview to air on Entertainment Tonight Canada Friday night.

"We got married July 19th," she says. "I love it. It's a nice phase of my life.

Furtado, a 2007 Hot Hollywood Power Player, worked with Castellon on her 2006 album, Loose.

The newlyweds are enjoying some downtime together.

"I just feel kind of free and relaxed and more in tune with trying not to be so stressed out," she says. "[I'm] trying to enjoy things a little more."

"I'm happy...I'm excited about the future," she adds.

Furtado has a daughter, Nevis, 4, with DJ and producer Jasper "Lil' Jaz" Gahunia.
