Bloody hell .... there I was hoping that TR and Katherine would both leave and then they could bring back Burke so that he and McArmy could fight over Christina and then the show would have more eye candy than a Chippendales Bar......

I watched the first and part of the second season but began to feel the show was playing out more like a soap opera and less like a medical drama. There was way too much sleeping around and not enough actual medicine. Give me the "House" series anytime. There are some personal story lines in that show but medical issues are given first priority. Love it!

Bring Izzy and Denny to an end and get O'Malley a girlfriend! I love this show and don't want to see anyone leave. I would also like to see the show focus more on the serious medical aspect and leave out the over-the-top story lines ... especially Denny/Izzy and that new wacko female doctor who is not playing with a full deck (actually, the writers need to get a grip).

This guy has always struck me as a bit of a b*tch; let him walk!

Wondering if Shonda really wants George to be the pathetic character that his storyline is in now...His story was interesting then..being romantically linked with Meredith, Izzie & Calli...it would have been interesting where his being linked to Lexie would take them...suddenly his role started to seemingly dwindle down...What's up with that? Where are the beautiful storylines the show used to have during it's 1st season? That's what hooked me to the show in the first place...BUT recently...the story of Denny's ghost seeming to be a permanent fixture again in the show when it should have just been an episode or 2 just to give closure for Izzie and let her move on with Alex as her new love...it's creepy with her having hot sex with Denny...Hope this storyline ends soon...The show used to be award material...hopefully again...it wins back its lost viewers and win more Emmy Awards in the future.

Me too. I thought I was the only one. Also, I couldn't take it anymore with the on and off relationship between Meredith and Dereck. I ended up screaming to fictional characters "Grow up already!" everytime. Too bad, though, I used to love the show. I even bought the first two seasons, which are the best.

I'm not an "over the top fan" but I don't like the direction the show has taken. Season 1 and 2 were my favs and after that, well, it's been a big disappointment. It started out quirky yet based in reality, now it's outlandish. Same thing happened to my old fav medical drama "ER." It just became too unbelievable with the multiple helicopter crashes and the onslaught of attacks the hospital received. I just want a good drama that isn't silly or contrived. I have no idea what motivates the writers, but I'm not a fan of what they've been doing as of late. This same thing happened with Katherine Heigl before too. They said she wanted to leave because she wanted to do movies and she didn't like her storyline. Turns out she really didn't care for her storyline, but she's still there, for now at least. Besides, by the time most shows end, the actors/actresses involved come out saying that they've loved working on the show, they're sad to see it go, but they're ready to move on, and when the show is over, I think that all involved will be ready to move on.
