I consider Nancy Grace to be one of the worst Americans alive today, even worse than Casey Anthony. In my view, anyone with an understanding of the law, and more crucially, of the philosophy of the Common Law, would appreciate that you don’t form opinions without all the available evidence. To do so, of course, is foolish. Ms. Grace not only forms opinions based on incomplete media clippings and hearsay, but she does something much worse: she expresses them in a populist farce with great vehemence on CNN. This is very damaging to the community: she is teaching the public that any unschooled knee-jerk reactions, such as the desire to lynch someone who seems guilty, are legitimate. To do this is much worse than foolish: it is egregious. CNN ought to take her off the air. Her show is a hair’s breadth away from encouraging hate crimes or calling for mob violence which she actually did in the Anthony case at Casey‘s parents residence. Either she is unqualified to speak of the law, or worse, she is feigning ignorance in order to titillate the ignorant and gain ratings. A curse on her!

I thought the show had potential. I wonder if she's upset that Ellen is like the more popular of the lesbians. Rosie has a big fat ugly head.

Maybe if she had kept her mouth shut about the view while she was doing press for her new show, she wouldn't have turned off so many people and they might have tuned in. A gracious "no comment" probably would have served her much better than stirring up old dirt.
