See Barbara Walters' "Most Fascinating People" of 2008

 Dan MacMedan/WireImage.com Will Smith, Tina Fey, Tom Cruise, Miley Cyrus, Frank Langella, Rush Limbaugh and Olympic swimmer Michael Phelps will be featured on this year's Barbara Walters Presents: The 10 Most Fascinating People special, USA Today reports. As for the No. 1 most fascinating person? Walters' choice will be revealed on the Dec. 4 broadcast (ABC, 10 p.m. ET/PT). Last year, she chose Harry Potter scribe J.K. Rowling. Rush is the most influential name in the media, period. Besides the knowledge that he bestows on the public, his in-depth analysis is talked about in the Main Stream Media everyday! When Rush is talking about the the events of the day, the news media is talking about him. He has found his niche in his role as King of Talk Radio which is obvious by his relevance, popularity, and wild success. It is in this role that Rush can do the most good. A political position would stifle the honest opinion that he brings to the table. Please remember that the American people run this country, not politicians. If you really want to make a difference, you must win the hearts and minds of the people. This is exactly what Rush does on a daily basis. And in this way he is much more influential than most politicians that i know. He is truly the agent of Change!

I look forward to watching the special of the 10 Most Fascinating People. I want to see why Tom Cruise is so fascinating. A better choice would be Brad Pitt. Also, if Tina Fey is one of the most fascinating, I can't understand that. Sarah Palin is definitely the one who should be most fascinating, not Tina Fey!

RUSH LIMBAUGH IS SO GREAT HE SPEAKS THE TRUTH except for when he took a bunch of painkillers and never got punished for it while calling for harsher punishments for drug abusers, revealing himself as a lying hypocrite even more than usual. PALIN IS A GREAT AMERICAN if being a great American means forcing raped women to have a rapist's child and not being able to name more than one Supreme Court case as well as voting for the Bridge to Nowhere before voting against it then lying about it.

Rush has a very vocal, albeit very minority, following. If he ran for office, he would get a small percentage of the votes, but not nearly enough to be elected. His views, while held by that vocal minority, are not those of mainstream America. He is, after all by his own admission, an entertainer, which seems to put him in the same group of celebrity people he rails against. And he is a good entertainer, but an entertainer none the less. If his leadership skill set was that great, he would run for office. However, even he recognizes his limitations as a true leader. He's good at what he does, but that's about it.

There’s only one person that the mainstream corrupt news media, TV, newspapers, and hollywood has spoken about and tried to destroy for 9 weeks, not because of her qualifications but because she could derail their beloved Obama.
