Swift will be celebrating with ex Joe Jonas (and his bros Kevin and Nick) at the Big Apple's annual ball drop. Also expected are Hillary and Bill Clinton and Nicole Richie's dad, Lionel. See photos of stars kissing on New Year's! Mario Lopez will be hosting a soiree at NYC hotspot Marquee (tickets: $165), and actress Emmanuelle Chriqui and gossip blogger Perez Hilton will be at the Hotel Gansevoort (admission: $200.) In L.A., Travis Barker and DJ AM -- who survived a fiery plane crash in September -- will ring in the New Year at the Wilshire Theater (tickets: $90). Their performance will be broadcast online and at nine other clubs around the country. Eva Longoria Parker will usher in the New Year at her restaurant, Beso, crooner Robin Thicke will perform at Area (tickets: $150), Xzibit will hit the stage at Apple Lounge (admission: $150), and Moby will DJ under a circus-style tent at Giant Maximus, where tickets started at $70. Katy Perry is slated to perform at Paramount Studios (tickets start at $150). Get advice from celebs on what to wear to New Year's parties! Paris Hilton will celebrate the New Year Down Under. The heiress is hosting the Bongo Virus party at the Trademark club in Sydney, Australia. If you want to attend, tickets are $129. Lindsay Lohan will appear at Mansion in Miami -- as gal pal Samantha Ronson DJs. (Tickets: $200.) Also near South Beach: John Legend will be at Prive (admission: $200), and T.I. will perform as Chloe Sevigny hosts a fete at Gansevoort South. (Tickets begin at $225.) Also in Miami: Diddy, Molly Sims, and Maroon 5's Adam Levine at separate parties at new hotspot Fontainebleau (tickets are $400 for each party), and Busta Rhymes will hit the stage at the Shore Club, where tickets start at $275. Ashlee Simpson-Wentz and Pete Wentz are leaving newborn Bronx Mowgli at home to party at Pure nightclub in Las Vegas. The cost to join them? $200. Meanwhile, Kim Kardashian and her sisters will host a bash at LAX for $150 a ticket, and newly-eloped Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt will be partying at the Christian Audigier nightclub for just $125 a ticket. Usher will appear at the Bank nightclub inside the Bellagio (tickets: $200), and Denise Richards and Lance Bass will host as Run DMC performs at Prive nightclub inside the Planet Hollywood hotel (admission: $200). i wouldn't pay to just see any of them....but the price of those tickets TYPICALLY includes open bar. I live in Chicago, so those are pretty much the average price for tickets here for NYE parties....sans "celebrities"

Have a safe and fun Happy New Years Everyone! I'll be toasting and having fun in the good mid-west. It's not as pricey to party ($20-$50) for club entries and we don't have all the crazy celebrity hype...just laid back and having a great time...

Here's how Lilo is earning a living as a serious actress - tonight for $200 - u get in - more to stay, even more to be on the dance floor...how highly she must think of herself to charge that kind of money...for what? For the priveledge of watching her all cranked up? With everything else going on in the world - she should be ashamed. Are they donating this money to charity??? Ugh...I don't think so...how else are they paying for their nightly partying habits??? It's not like they work...makes me sick.

Stars??? This is nothing but a list of D listers charging an enormous price to be in their presence. What a rip off. There isn't an A lister mentioned because they're all too smart to be in the same company and wouldn't lower themselves to the Lohan level of charging $200 to be in the same room.
