Surgeon of Kanye West's Mom Sentenced

 Arnaldo Magnani/Getty Images The plastic surgeon who operated on Kanye West's mother the day before she died has been sentenced to a year in jail for drunken driving, according to the Associated Press. Dr. Jan Adams pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor DUI last June. Take a look at stars' mug shots from last year. Authorities say his Jaguar was spotted traveling the wrong way on Interstate 680 near Cordelia, California. The surgeon's blood alcohol level was .20 percent. Solano County Court Commissioner Ray Wieser sentenced Adams, 54, on Monday. His jail time will likely begin on Feb. 6, as he still needs time to address a probation violation case in L.A. The Associated Press reports that an autopsy blamed heart disease coupled with complications from the surgery. This is technically his 4th DUI but one of his DUIs was dropped. We're talking about a doctor here. He clearly has an alcohol problem. How does anyone know that if he wasn't drinking the day of Donda West's surgery or hungover from the night before? She had a right to know that the doctor that she trusted to operate on her had a drinking problem. She didn't check public records to see he had been arrested three time. His medical license should've been suspended immediately after the first DUI. And if he was in the now defunct MEDICAL BOARD OF CA "SECRET" DIVERSION PROGRAM, Donda West would've never known about his alcohol problem because the board hid it. Under the Diversion rules and regulations he should've LOST his license many years before Donda went to see him. She had rights and so do YOU.

I think that he should be sued for the surgery that he done on Mrs. West and then she died the next day. That shouldn't have happened if the surgery was performed right. It was blotched.
