It is said that Tom Cruise has an extremely controlling nature. I suspect what's going on is that his poor wife has been losing weight, changing her wardrobe/diet/habits/personality to suit whatever she thinks may please her husband. She's completely different from how she was before she met and married TC. I remember back when she did Batman Begins, she was filled out, curvy, youthful, radiant. She was laid back, dressed laid back. She lived in NYC and was often seen out with her friends, living her life and doing movies and stuff. A starlet. Then she met and married Cruise and now look...it's just as you said. The poor girl has aged 10+ years; that's not good. When you're happy and healthy, in a happy and healthy relationship, it shows. It's not showing here. It's like she's had the life drained right out of her.

He is doing damage control. Trying to make them look normal but they are not.
