I loved the show and the movie. I definitely think they should make another one if they've got a strong enough story line. I'd hate to see them work on something that just ruins our feelings for the show. I'm so sad it's not on the air anymore...

To the people who are so negative on here, you might want to think about finding things that interest YOU instead of bringing your negative energy to people who don't care what your opinion is.

The answer is simple: if they want to do it and can come up with more of the SATC goodness we all love, then HELLS YEAH, GO FOR IT! My friend and I will definitely go see any sequel(s) they throw at us!!!

I agree that SJP's cuter now than she was way back when. She ages well. In some episodes she is kind of blah but in other episodes she's Gorgeous. It's all how they do her hair and make-up. And she's got a really cute figure and personality so I can see her snagging the guys she does as Carrie.

Yes they are all old, and not the greatest looking, but I'm so sick of watching shows that are full of beautiful people. I think the show and movie are fabulous. and they should make a 2nd one if it will be great like SJP said. But stop bashing them. the true reality is, this world isn't perfect and not full of beautiful people. i would say this show is at least believable!

I'll admit that when I heard they were making the movie last year my first thought was, "Why?" I loved it on HBO but - a movie? I was sure they would ruin it and I didn't even want to go see it. I wanted to remember Carrie Bradshaw as she was when the series ended. But, I got talked into seeing it at the theatre and I am happy to say that it was good. Maybe not great, but good. I certainly wasn't disappointed. But, to make ANOTHER one? I don't know. I was pleasantly pleased once already - I probably shouldn't press my luck!

Congrats to The Next Food Network Star winner, Aaron McCargo Jr., who will host Big Daddy's House startin in January. I wish Project Runway's season 4 contestants Kevin Christiana and Jack Mackenroth all the best with their new TV show. I'm glad Tori Spelling and her husband, Dean McDermott are a happy family. Aw, it's so nice that Marcia Cross wants to adopt, and that her kids are adorable & great. I saw Michael Phelps new commercial and it was funny. Even though Zac Efron won't be having a solo CD coming out, maybe he can sing with his girlfriend, Vanessa Hudgens? I don't think Michelle Rodriguez is a wierdo at all, even though she talks about who she hangs out with. Also, I'm glad Nick Jonas & everybody else had a great time at his birthday party.

I hope they make another movie. The truth is I never even saw an episode of Sex & the City until 2 yrs ago when I first started college and I right away was drawn into it. We don't have HBO at my house-and I was prob too young to even watch the show-but now I watch it any time I can! I love it!! I think they could make another movie-the writers and actors are all so talented and I truly believe they could come up with some sort of new story line-they could even do flashbacks to when the girls all first met...just an idea. Sex & the City=Love!

You won't get it, this show is about friendship and the greatest city in the world! You're too hung up on age and looks and idiocy.

Ladies, ladies...you are missing the point of the movie. Friendship. The problem with this new generation is it's all about girl dissing girl. This movie is about supporting each other through anything and everything. That does not mean they always agree on each other's choices. By the way, women do talk "like that" to each other. My friends and I are always quoting the show or bringing up the topics to each other to discuss. Finally, if you haven't been on the dating scene for very long, this movie will not mean much to you. These ladies aren't 21. They have life experience. Go girls!!

I think SJP is right--if they can tell a great story then definitely make another movie--I have watched and re-watched the series and the movie many many many times and will never tire of these ladies--I say let the cast throw in all their ideas of what they might like to see in a movie sequel--get Michael P King in their to put his amazing craft to work and see what they come up with--if its worthy of another 2 hour plus movie I will be right there in the front row on opening night!!! Keep 'em coming till their in wheelchairs--who cares??!!
