Zac Efron's 21st Birthday Plans: Laying Low!

"I'm not going Vegas or anything like that," he told Entertainment Tonight at Thursday's premiere of High School Musical 3: Senior Year in L.A. "I'm sure I'll have fun, but we're not going to go big," he said of his plans. "I'm going to lay low." What does Efron's girlfriend - and HSM costar - Vanessa Hudgens have in store for her beau's big 2-1? "It's a surprise," she told ET. "But a good one!"
