R&B singer Ne-Yo (born Shaffer Smith) was arrested for reckless driving and driving without a valid license on Monday in Cobb County, Georgia.
TMZ.com first reported the bust.
His rep had no comment when contacted by Usmagazine.com.

Excuse me but I think black people can drive just as well as whites can. All the white celebrities get pulled over for either DUI or reckless driving and i think this is one of the first celebrity African Americans to get arrested.
