Singer Nick Jonas and actress Selena Gomez have been dating for several months, a source confirms to Usmagazine.com.
Jonas, 15, is one-third of the popular Jonas Brothers band. Gomez, 16, stars on the Disney Channel's Wizards of Waverly Place.
A rep for the Jonas Brothers denies they are an item.
"They are not girlfriend and boyfriend," the rep tells Us. "They're friends. All of the Jonas Brothers are friends with Selena."
Gomez appears in the band's new video for the song "Burning Up."

In Rolling Stone's current cover story on the Jonas Brothers – in which Nick laughs off rumors linking him to Kim Kardashian – a Disney publicist expresses concern over a photograph of the couple embracing backstage before a Jonas Brothers show.
"Nick has his arm around [Selena's] back and [her] arm is wrapped around his," the magazine reports.

Gomez has been dubbed "the next Miley Cyrus," whom Jonas previously dated.
"I don't think there could be a next Miley," Cyrus, 15, said last week. "I think they should be the next Selena... [and] make their own way."

The Jonas Brothers – who have pledged to abstain from sex – just purchased a $2.8 million suburban home outside of Dallas.

I think selena is seriously awesome.
