If all the adults are as screwed up as reported to be, these poor kids are the innocent victims. Start with Cruise: Is he gay or isn't he? Talk that he is traces all the way back to where he went to high school in NJ. Do Mimi Rogers, Nicole Kidman and Katie Holmes know the truth but keep quiet so Cruise doesn't lose his box office draw? He's obviously imbalanced enough to embrace "Scientology". I suspect a lot more goes on behind the scene that anybody knows. I feel sorry for the kids. Now let's take Kidman: Was she a cover for Cruise for about a decade to advance her own career? Was the miscarriage the result of an affair with a bodyguard because Cruise never touched her? Is she a cold fish who allowed Cruise to take custody of their adopted children knowing about his unsavory sexuality, feeling no maternal bond to them whatsoever? Now Holmes: Why does she look so catatonic, drugged or in some kind of a stupor all the time? Publicly, why is Cruise always hovering around? Is he afraid she'll say something or try to "bolt"? Why didn't her father drag her out of there when the interview done at the end of her pregnancy reported that she seemed "out of it" the whole time? Can Cruise's money buy that much silence? Lastly, Urban: Does he understand that the responsibility of fatherhood means he needs to kick the coke for good? If Kidman is a cold fish, he will have to provide warmth to that innocent baby they brought into the world. Aussies are a bit strange, no doubt. Once again, I feel sorry for all of the kids. Holmes' parents need to take Suri, and if Cruise's sister isn't a Scientology nut, she needs to keep Connor and Isabella until the adults all come clean about their issues. It's one thing for adults to live "staged" lives the way Madonna and Cruise do. It's another thing to force kids to pay the price for it.

And, does ANYBODY ELSE recall the reason Kidman & Cruise divorced? It was because Tom was cheating on Nicole with Penelope Cruz. People have short-term memories. Nicole never got into the Scientology stuff. She's so intelligent & well-spoken; I don't know how she tolerated Tom as long as she did. In all his interviews, he's a babbling buffoon - and he just gets worse with time. Don't know if it's his advancing age or that he's falling deeper & deeper under the spell of his god Xenu and demigod Miscavige. Actually, Tom & Miscavige look funny beside each other. Tom probably likes him because he's the ONLY person in the world who makes him feel tall!

Nicole was too strong-minded, healthy & independent to fall under the spell of a cult. But, she didn't just walk off. She had a nutty, neurotic husband who embarrassed her by having an affair with one of his co-stars. Penelope was probably too intelligent a lady to fall for the "thetan" & "auditing" crap. 1:41, maybe you are hoping nicole will blah,blah,blah just like jolie that she prefers her adoptive kids because they are survivors? there hasnt been much news about nicole and her other kids cos she and tom are divorced and probably not on the same continents all the time. so, what sort of 'profess love' do wish to see on the tabloids all the time ? the way tom carries suri, brad planning to take shiloh away if he ever separate with jolie, why dont ask them that question too?

Let it be known (and this is to all of you who are knocking Nicole for not being a "full-time" mother) that the Church of Scientology records and tapes all "auditing" sessions which are basically confessions you pay to give to free yourself of "Thetans." So, you tell all of your secrets, things that you feel, think, have done, it's a purging, a confession of everything, and they tape it, so if you ever leave the Church of Scientology, you better not speak out because your personal, private confessions will be aired for the world to see and hear. Also, family members who leave Scientology are basically exiled/shunned by their family. That's not to say contact is entirely eliminated, but you are then perceived as an outsider who might try to interfere with your beliefs in Scientology, and you are looked at with caution, even possibly completely shunned and cut out of your family's life. Also, Scientologists are a strong undercurrent in Hollywood, ruffling their feathers could equal career suicide. Add to that the children are both teens (particularly of importance in Scientology because children are viewed as mini adults and are treated accordingly, it's not the normal kids are kids mentality most of us have) and you have a formula for familial separation. Nicole loves Conor and Isabella implicitly. It doesn't matter that they're "adopted" (and those are the words of this magazines, not her own), they are her children. Don't presume to know the personal interworkings of their relationship or the particulars of their divorce. Nicole may not see her children all the time, but it's not through her decisions.

I assume that since this is her biological child that she will be a better mother to Sunday than she is to her 2 adopted children with Tom Cruise. I am stunned that she has not shown more love toward those other 2 precious children.
