I am PISSED that someone can sit there and say that she was high and NO BIG DEAL get off her back !!! Are you insane to think that drugs do not affect your driving abilities? Good grief. So, lets go light up the peace pipe and all go out driving. I think she should pay the price for what happened. She was under the influence of pot. She shouldnt have any drugs in her system period. How many people do you know that drive that way all the time? Get off her back! And she is eating, has been gaining weight. The poor girl has been taking steps to clean up her life since she went to rehab from heroin. And they do prescribe vicodin for cramps, if you have them bad enough...I am sure they checked that she had a prescription for those anyways.

Nicole should receive the same treatment that any other person receives for doing the same crime. Celebrities should NOT get special treatment.

I wonder how loving everyone would feel if Nicole would hit a member of their family while DUI. My grandmother died from the effects of driver with a DUI. He had been given numerous 'second chances' because 'he had a problem'. This woman is out of control and the ones that need to be worried about are her potential victims. Who cares if she's a mess, largely of her own doing? Wow! look at what Nicole is wearing!

This young woman has been thrown into the limelight and is simply unable to handle all the attention (and money?). She is so sad and sick.
