If this piece of white trash's father was just "trying to protect his daughter" then how did the other girl end up with a cracked skull? Why did he even need to protect her--Nikki could've sat on the other girl and crushed her to death. I hope she and her dad both go to jail. Classless trash.

I think that the insult here is not in saying that Nikki Blonsky acted badly and that she's fat, it's that she's acting badly BECAUSE she's fat. Frankly, when I see bad behavior like this, I assume it's because of the person's upbringing and attitude, not her body size. Insinuating that fatness would cause a person to lose what little decorum one ought to have in public is an insult not to Nikki Blonsky, but to other fat people who actually have good manners and morals.

What does Nikki's size have to do with anything? People need to stop being mean. She is a young girl who's body happens to represent half the people in this country.
I hope it's true that all her father did was try to break up the fight. I am sure he felt he was just protecting his daughter, but if he actually hit and injured a woman, he needs to face the consequences.
If anyone watched ANTM and Bianca is anything like what she portrayed on TV, I wouldn't be surprised if she attacked first. She was such a loud-mouth b@tch who acted like the world owed her something.I'm not sure if that is her real personality or not, but there is no way they could have gotten so much footage of her acting out if it wasn't at least partly true. I hope Bianca's mom gets well soon and is not as seriously hurt as it sounds.
Hopefully this can all be settled quickly and no one has to do any jail time.
