On another notice, cool the class-hatred, while most stereotypes have some truth in them, yes, there are trashy people who like in trailor parks and there are bums on welfare, most people who are poor are very moral and decent people.

Lack of wealth happens to good, hard working people, just as great wealth sometimes falls in the laps of trashy bums. Life is not fair. Don't hate people just because life was unfair to them.

I have money 12:35: B was not texting or talking on her cel phone at the time of the accident. Some people in the media made statements but did not verify the facts. They later retracted the comments because the police determined she was not texting, talking on her cel, speeding or DUI. She did not flee the scene of the accident and contacted authorities. She was always in communication with the police throughout the investigation. She did not engage in any criminal acts. This was an accident but not a criminal act.

Who knew talking/texing on your phone @ 65 miles per hour was not a crime. Boy I can't wait to visit LA, I am gonna have so much fun, yea me!!

The media did not accurately report the facts when the incident happened. The investigation has concluded Brandy was not at fault. I wonder if Exec's at "America's Got Talent", will re-hire her since she was wrongfully terminated.

The media reported something without verifying the facts or the police investigation. If it was you or I that would not happen. She is subject to this injustice because she is a celebrity.

Anonymous 4:57: Why do you think Brandy should go to jail? People are charged in criminal court if they engaged in criminal behavior. Brandy was not under the influence when she was driving. The media mentioned she was using a cel phone but later retracted the comment. The police indicate there was no evidence she was using her cel phone at the time of the accident. The investigation also claim she was not speeding. The impact happened as a result of the car in front stopping in the freeway. Usually a car going 55MPH is unable to come to a full stop in a freeway regardless of how much they try. Why do you feel this accident was criminal? A person died. That is a tragic event but it is not the result of a criminal act not even a negligent act.

The guy from Prison Brake is in jail because he was charged on several criminal acts. He was driving under the influence, speeding and contributing to the delinquency of minors. The case are very difference; hence their legal treatment is different.

It is a tragic situation all the way around but it was an ACCIDENT the lady's family is already suing her arse off so why should she face criminal chargers when she did nothing criminally? It is even being said on TMZ that the other lady had already wrecked before Brandy hit her and it was all pretty much unadvoidable. Tragic but it has been blown way out of proportion due to who she is.

FYI: The guy from Prison Break was DRUNK!!! That is why he is in jail.

i don't think this is really fair to let her off the hook for this... look at the guy from Prison Break....he got jail time for his accident...why shouldn't she?
