· Oil heir Brandon Davis has reportedly been cut off by his parents. Earlier this month he allegedly threw a drunken fit at his brother Alexander’s wedding, knocking over chairs and flower arrangements, and eventually had to be carried out of the reception.

Children should enjoy the same standard of living as their parents, both their parents. So I don't see why Diddy should be knocking back cases of Cristal while his kids experience a drop in standard of living because their parents couldn't make it work.
On another subject, how humiliating is it to have DJ AM break up with you. Ow. Stam's modeling contracts may suffer, as it really makes her look like a loser.

Thanks much! You may have a point, maybe she got tired of always being used and decided to turn the tables. But i would hope not just because that would mean bringing two little beautiful baby girls in the world for no reason other than money. I would never want to look at my kids like that. He will pay handsomely though for the better part of his life.

Child support is for food on the table (in her case a very expensive restaurant), clothes on their back (nothing but designer), and a roof over their heads (nothing but the best). Save up for college funds, cars (not that dad can't afford it)....but I can see where $100K a month would support her 3 kids leaving a little something on the side to get herself taken care of. You go girl.

I'm sorry but whether the money is mandated by the courts or not....$100 g a month is an OBSCENE amount of money for child support. There is no way ever that a woman can possibly spend that much money on her children just in the name of support. And yes, I do understand it is based on his income adn all that. I'm just saying it's waaayy to much for "child suppport". I don't believe she is a gold digger though. She was just stupid for staying with him for so long. She has been with him on and off for 10 years - she knew a loooonnggg time ago he was a dog and a player. It was HER choice to stay with him. that doesn't make her a saint by no means. She'll move on and within the next 5 years...they'll be together again.

I pay baby mama #1 35$ a week. Baby mama #2 gets $25 a week for each kid. The others we don't know just yet so I throw some diapers every once awhile to keep the bizatches happy and quiet. Get yo shiz under the table.

Come on people, educate yourselves!!! Child support is based on a percentage of the fathers income and it's also per child. So yes she deserves to get whats coming. He makes the bucks and they have 3 children together. Tough S**T!!

It's not that she's asking for that amount, but the child support can be based on the income he makes each year and each state has guidelines, like in my state, it's 18% of what the parent makes who's paying. When you add in how many kids he had with Ms. Porter and with him being wealthy, I can see him paying $100,000 a month or more!!!!!

He is so stupid. She was there for him before he got really famous and took him back after the JLo thing. You always here about him out partying with other girls while she is home with the kids. She must have finally had enough. Even with hired help I'm sure having infant twins is extremely difficult. She must be overwhelmed and maybe going through post partum depression. He has made no secret of the fact that he is "not ready" for marriage. Not ready? You have 3 children with her, live with her and have been with her off and on for over 10 years. He just wanted to have his cake and eat it too.

Please, he can MORE than afford $100k per month for support for THREE Kids. Its not about how much she NEEDS to raise her kids..just remember now while he is off doing his thing, partying and DIDDYing around with no worries of what the kids will eat for breakfast, baths, homework , bedtimes, fevers in the middle of the night for THREE kids?..She will be worrying and taking care of all of that.

There you go. Kim Porter is no dummy. It was business not love. Those children are her income. Any famous man out there needs to know that. Any woman lucky enough to have sex with a famous man, NO MATTER WHO, should know it only takes one kid to set you up for LIFE. Poor Puffy, but you know he knew, they were just together through the births for show. I think it is robbery, no one needs 100K per month to raise even three kids.
