Either Lindsay Lohan is sick of doing press for Prairie Home Companion or she ate a surly-sized Unhappy Meal before appearing on the Today show this morning. Or maybe she just hadn't gone to bed yet? She certainly did not bring the kiss-blowing, peace sign-flashing Lindsay of yore to be interviewed by Matt Lauer. A partial transcription of the exchange via Gawker.com below:
Lauer: You weren’t happy with the Vanity Fair article that came out, and you released a statement saying that some of your words had been misconstrued. So let me just ask the blunt question: No problems in your life right now, in terms of substance or anything? You’re fine?
Lohan: [Shakes head, looks exasperated and then genuinely perplexed] Substance abuse — I don’t believe that was brought up.
Lauer: Well, just talked about some experimentation with drugs and things like that. [Lohan sighs, waves this away as if it were ridiculous.]
Lauer:You’re OK?
Lohan: [Eyes roll] Yeah, everything’s fine. Vanity Fair, you know — the great thing that came out of that with the whole eating disorder issue [eyes roll] was it gave younger girls, I think, any younger girl who picked it up, they can go to their parents and talk to them about it and know that it’s better to be verbal and talk to people if you have any sort of problem, whatever it may be. And that it’s not worth it.

It is really funny what she says about the young girls with bulimia reading the article and talking to their parents about it. It is wrong for several reasons:
1. Lindsay, face it. You are not such a role model.
2. Besides, you have denied every statement about substance abuse and eating disorders. Which....sends the message that everyone else should deny it too.

Can anyone say DENIAL??? She's so stupid because she thinks everyone doesn't know what's going on with her and she tries to play it off by rolling her eyes and waving her hand at every uncomfortable question. Wow, I don't know how people can admire Lindsay Lohan! Sometimes I think her life is so dramatic it needs to stay out of the tabloids, every time something bad or dramatic about he rgets out then she makes such a big deal out of it...My gosh she needs to grow up! Hilary Diff deals with publicity a lot better than Lindsay. She needs to deal with her issues away from the world and making a HUGE deal out of everything!!!! GROW UP!
