Seeing people like Madonna, The Beastie Boys and Donna Summer in the Hall of Fame before real influential artists like Alice Cooper, KISS, Rush, Motorhead, Judas Priest, Supertramp and Genesis makes music purists, like yours truly's, stomachs sick. Then again, the RNRHoF didn't want Pink Floyd in as Floyd are, contrary to that pot-smoking f*ggot from Rolling Drone Jann Wenner's chagrin, a progressive rock band (not classic rock like the idiot Wenner suggests as his reviewers always trashed Pink Floyd) and Floyd were regularly PANNED by the magazine and instead of kissing the media's a**es, the band responded by avoiding the PRESS and MEDIA! Pink Floyd sold 75 million albums in the US alone (which is 40 plus million more than B*tchney here in the good ol U S of A). Floyd only got in due to their concert spectaculars, album sales, groundbreaking contributions to music, influence on bands from The Smashing Pumpkins to Dream Theater and down the line and lastly philantropy work. Also, PF didn't have a star frontman.

Contrary to SoundSCAM's reports Britney loving sheep, Britney technically won't have the #1 album this coming week. The Eagles (whom are one of the greatest rock bands in rock history) saw their new album Long Road Out of Eden sell a whooping 700,000 plus copies and is the #1 comprevensive album this week as it sold double of what Britney did and is reported by Billboard.com and by reuters (reliable news source). The Eagles album, only available in the US and Canada at Wal-Mart and Sam's Club for the first year of release, literally cremated her in sales (The Eagles also debuted at #1 in the UK)! Britney's album won't have legs in the end, unlike The Eagles who still sell albums and CDs year in and year out. Blackout will sell somewhere in the 300 K bracket its first week and then DECLINE dramatically (take our word for it). It may hit Gold but certainly won't hit Platinum and, if it does, it means it will ship Platinum but won't sell near there.

Walk of Fame, huh? So? The stars are nominated usually by the companies and people vested in them, a fee has to be paid, and the person agrees to go to the ceremony. That's it. Nothing to do with achievement. For crying out loud, Kermit the Frog has a star. Vince McMahon will be getting one too.
One thing it is true, people can't argue taste. Some like over produced, synthesised voices as opposed to vocal talent and range.
In general, I find it interesting that not one of her defenders can defend or rationally explain her behavior.

Those charts were for the week that ended last Sunday 10/28 not this week and her cd did not come out until the 30th.
Her cd sold over one hundred thousand copies it's first day.
She's not the best singer in the world but she gets good producers and makes good bubble gum pop.

No one if forcing you to believe that she is the best singer in the world. I think nobody deserves that title because each artist has their own style & uniqueness in singing. For your information, Britney sold MORE THAN 100k in it's FIRST DAY of release.

If we love britney as an artist then it's our choice. If you don't like her, then no one is forcing you to like her. We love her music. We like her too as a 'total performer'. If she gets good producers or production staff then these people trust & believe her skills & talent. These people aren't dumb to work w/ her if they don't trust her i suppose so. She can't have numerous awards & accolades if she doesn't have talent oh dear. Moreover, in case you don't know, Britney became the youngest singer recipient of the Hollywood Walk of Fame @ her young age of 21 & she sold MORE THAN 80 million records in less than a decade around the world. She has huge fanbase & supporters ACROSS THE GLOBE; from all continents of the world. Gosh! If she has personal struggles now, then that's part of being a 'human'.
One more thing, better check Billboard chart few days from now ok?! then you'll see... Ooops! She will do it again! lol

Well, I've never had any pics. of my naked snatch taken. I've never hit and run..actually, I've never even had a parking ticket. I've never had to fight for custody of my kids..because I actually take good care of them..wow, what a concept! I've only been married once..and still AM married to the same guy..quite happily. So what if she can't surpass her own record sales in 'In the Zone'? Still, 'In the Zone' was HER OWN RECORD & still it's one of her greatest achievements. What about you HATERS?
