Jennifer Love Hewitt is comfortable in her skin but she doesn't want to bare all in Playboy.
Her rep tells Usmagazine.com, "there was an offer, but she declined."
A source tells Us terms of the deal weren't discussed.
It's latest headline grabber for the actress, 28.
First she got engaged to Scottish actor Ross McCall, then she shot off criticism about her body image when unflattering pictures of her in Hawaii surfaced. On Monday, her rep shot down rumors that Hewitt and McCall are expecting a child.

I for one being a huge Jennifer Love Hewitt fan am glad that she turned it down. Though on the flip side if she did do it I wouldnt demean her for it and would buy the issue. For all of you how comment on how disgusting she is, I am 100% sure that you are not all smooth skined and built like a god or goddess. Just because she is a celebrity doesn't mean they have to keep themselves perfect for you. Most celebrities, models and what not are far from that. Make up, lighting all that hide these flaws. I think Jennifer is hot, sexy and a damn great person. She took the time to go and visit the soldiers at walter reed, signed autographs and took pictures with them. One of my friends was there when she went and said to me that she was the nicest person he had ever met and was just as sweet in person as she appears in front of the camera.

I am glad she is not posing for playboy and I think she has a wonderful body. She is not fat at all, as a fellow woman I think she has a great womanly body. It's great to see someone in Hollywood who isn't trying to make their body look like a 10 year old boy with fake breasts (ex. Victoria Beckham). I think it's refreshing to see someone who has a real body in Hollywood who isn't making unreal expectation for young girls everywhere.
