No body is accusing Mary Kate of a murdering him. Everyone knows she did not force him to take the pills, he did that all on his own. Yeah the masseuse should have called 911 first, but didn't, so she does have some thing to answer for. However wasting time by sending someone's body guard who has EMT experience is a waste of time. The fact of the matter is he is NOT an EMT, he is just a body guard and in the paid service of someone. So the point that the body guard could have helped is mute. Its not like was gonna carry him on his back to the hospital. So yes Mary Kate does have some explaining to do, she wasted time getting a hold of her bodyguard who got there well after the paramedics did, instead of dialing 911. And no that does not make me "hater". The same situation happened to Anna Nicole Smith. It is just a fact.

Secondly Mary-Kate’s body guard is an EMT and was in the area so it makes sense for her to suggest calling him as well. The masseuse should have had a brain and called 911 before calling Mary-Kate. The blame is and should be on the masseuse, she was the one at the scene. Its been determined that Heath likely died well before the calls so its a mute point.

MK may have not directly killed Heath but she is responsible for heath not getting the emergency help he needed in order to save his life. Every second counts and I know this from experience. My father was left to die in a Dunkin Donuts bathroom back in 99 when his so called friend jabbed him with pure heroin. If any employee had found my father 1 minute before the EMTs would have been able to give him that shot that jump starts your heart.

She more than not was his secret one time lover and probably introduced him to heroin which would explained why she sent her bodyguards instead of calling 911. She probably thought he was having a bad trip and figured she could handle it. Stupid cow should confess and tell all, you aren't hiding anything under that ugly smile and clothes.

there will always be a huge black question mark associated w/mary kate concerning heath's death. personally....i do hold her somewhat responsible. she had SEVERAL opportunities to dial 911 and never did.......karma will come back for her some day.

I think it's a great idea. Let's give kids (and adults) someone better to look up to than Paris, Nicole, etc...
And regarding Heath Ledger's death, we may never know how Mary Kate tied in and that's exactly the point. We don't know! How can anyone on this board seriously judge her character? Look at your own life before pointing fingers. Heath Ledger was a priceless actor, but she did not kill him.
