FACEBOOKNo, if you would actually read what the article is about with an objective mind - it is about paying the legal bills to his atorney due to Britney's behavior dragging the custody case out - can she control the fact that she may have a mental illness or that maybe she was drugged - no, but it's not Kevin's fault, why shold he have to shell out cash to his lawyer for that?
Is it right that Britney has to pay Kevin alimoney for him to live in a huge house and have nannies and stuff? No, but this is the reality of divorce sadly. The one who makes the most money has to pay, she knew he had no money when she married him. At least Kevin is out there trying to get work - he was one One Tree Hill or something and is producing records at h is home, there are a lot of deadbeat dads and moms that don't even do that much.

Britney Spears has been ordered to pay Kevin Federline's lawyer fees, totaling $375,000, TMZ.com reports.
The sum covers four months of work by Federline's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, in her ongoing custody battle.
At a hearing last week, an attorney for Spears — who had been ordered to pay Kaplan "reasonable" fees — argued that Kaplan was only entitled to $150,000 to $175,000. (Spears had been paying him $500,000.)
Kaplan argued that his fees were "far under market for the package ... This is not a simple custody case."
Also at today's hearing, Spears' father Jamie was granted permission to sell some of her 9 cars and the restraining order against former pal Sam Lutfi has been extended until April 16.
Spears is set to guest-star on the March 24 episode of CBS' How I Met Your Mother.

If you think about this with an objective mind you'll understand how utterly ridiculous this really is!
First of all if you are suffering from a mental illness and perhaps being fed drugs by some moron (Sam L) then it stands to reason you are going to have some issues. The public has been less than sympathetic to Britney and K-Fed even less so. It's a shame, we all go through difficult times in our lives, could you imagine doing it in the public eye?
Second, K-Fed lives in a $7500 a month home. He has nannies, he plays golf and, by the looks of his fat ass, seems to eating well too! He gets child support as well as, and forgive me if I'm wrong, payments from Britney monthly in alimony. If he really cares about his children, he'd take some responsibly and pay his own bills.
Like the Heather Mills case, money is the driving force behind this. It makes me wish I wasn't gay, I'd go find some rich women to marry for a hot minute and then divorce her in another hot minute!

Shar Jackson has not put her kids' life in danger. Shar Jackson is obviously not bipolar and able to care for 2 children on her own!
That's why K-Fed isn't taking her kids away.
I am no K-Fed fan, believe me, but Britney is a mess. This entire situation is her fault. She is irresponsible with those kids, and will probably never be able to completely get it together to care for them, medicated or not. She should pay these legal costs!
HELLLLLLLLLLOOOOOO!!! This is what happens in the life of a divorcing couple. The party that makes that most money MUST pay the other party's attorney fees!!!!!!! Nothing new, look up your counties Superior Court and look under FAMILY COURT and you will see all divorces.
People - KFed's attorney isn't keeping Britney away from her kids!! Her irresponsible actions are, and do you really think that someone who has been in the mental ward 2 times in a month should have full access to their kids? It's fine to love Britney and hate K-fed but put your personal feelings aside and use some common sense.Not everything that is going wrong in her life is Kevin's fault, quit making excuses for her and let her take some responsibility for her actions. The money isn't going to K-Fed, it's going to the attorney, as soon as she gets her crap together she can get back to sharing custody and no more legal fees. This is common. People b-tching have no knowledge of the legal system, apparently. People considered at fault, as in the cause of the legal proceedings, are often ordered to pay the other's legal fees. Very common.
I think it's appropriate that Britney is being made to pay all of the attorney fees. She may have a mental illness, personality disorder, or emotional disorder, but from what I've read, she's responsible for this whole legal fiasco. It's good that her family are playing a big and active role in attempting to steer Britney onto a positive path, but I also believe that it's important that she be held accountable for her actions. Britney chose to be a difficult client, not respect court orders, and publicly behave in ways that were detrimental both to herself and her children. Kevin appears to be a good and responsible parent at least publicly I've not seen anything to suggest the contrary. He deserves primary custody of those children and to have Britney pay his attorney fees IMO. I hope it's true that Jamie Spears and Kevin have a good relationship that will hopefully lead to less court intervention in this matter. I hope Britney is as dedicated to improving her life as those who are genuinely trying to help her.

The only thing I can really say in this tough situation is that, hopefully,? it'll be settled soon, and also, I hope Sam Lutfi stays away from Britney, her family, etc. for the rest of her life?
Geez people, put some thought into this before you write. Do I like K-Fed? no,- am I rooting for Britney to come back? Yes. However why should KF pay bills for his attorney that he has to keep because BS can't get her crap together and just do what the court asks to get her kids back? If she would this case would have been over months ago. Why should Kevin pay his attorney for an emergency hearing that BRITNEY asked for and then didn't show up? Add to that the time she almost showed up, but freaked out and went back in the car and went to church. Why should Kevin sue Shar for custody of the other 2 kids? She is a good mom - he would get laughed out of court, they are not going to take 2 kids away from their mom unless she is imcompetent - like Britney.
Kevin shouldn't have to pay his lawyers for every time they showed up and Britney didn't. You only get a public defendant if you are being prosecuted and he isn't.

This is STUPID! Kevin should be paying his own bills... the reason Britney has been so messed up is because of him in the first place...he can clearly afford to foot his own bill. He needs to man up and take some responisbility for his actions too...and pay his own bills. He only married Britney for her fame and money anyway... too bad for him, he's still a PATHETIC LOSER! I heard Brit makes 800,000 a month ALONE on her 15 business she has. This 375,000 isn't anything! But when you have a serious illness like this, which cause craziness, and there are kiddies involved, well, sh*t happens!
