Days after he told Howard Stern that Jake Gyllenhaal is "a good dude", Ryan Phillippe admits he avoids looking at photos of his ex Reese Witherspoon and the hunky actor in magazines.
"It's bizarre," the Stop-Loss star, 33, tells USA Today. "There's plenty of times when I say, 'What a strange situation I've found myself in.' But at a certain point you know it's going to happen, so you are prepared in some fashion."
Phillippe — who dated co-star Abbie Cornish around the time of his 2006 split from Witherspoon — was mum when it came to talking about his own love life.
"It's just something I would really rather not address," he says. "It has to be a 'no comment.' "
But he says he is open to walking down the aisle again one day.
"I can see doing it again, yeah," Phillippe says. "And I can certainly see possibly having children again. I'm pretty young, and there are many beautiful things about that idea of marriage and family. It just doesn't always work out perfect for everybody."
For now, he says he is content hanging with his kids, Ava, 8, and Deacon, 4. He tells USA Today he recently curled up in bed with them and watched Nancy Drew.
Says Phillippe, "I love those moments."

I've just looked at the RW & JG body language pictures.
Picture 11 (i think) says that they are very much connected and there is lots of sexual tension. Does anyone know when this picture was taken. I'm certain it was when ryan was with reese. Maybe reese and jake are not as wholesome as everyone makes them out to be.

I think it's funny how you see more pictures of Jake and Reese out hugging and blah blah blah then when she was with Ryan. Ryan is so hot and Jake isn't. Maybe if Reese spent more time with Ryan instead of doing all those films, her a$$ wouldn't have been cheated on. So GO RYAN!!!! However, I think he couln't done better than Abbie. I would like to see him with someone like Scarlett. He needs to find himself a better looking woman with some meat on her body, not like Reese, she's cute but boney. By the way I saw Stop-loss and it was a good movie!!!!!

Oh my! I don't believe most of what I read in tabloids. Watch Pop Fiction. It's there to show you that from the simplest thing they fabricate something huge. So what if she's dating someone else. So what if he is. So what if they cheated on each other! Who cares!! I loved them together and they made beautiful children, and that's that. I doubt Reese is so immature as to plan all this around his movie coming out. Perhaps, the magazine people.. ya know, the people who make money from this... decided to put her on the cover this week. She's followed all the time, and there are pictures taken of her all the time. They just happened to put them in this issue becuase of Ryan's movie. The magazine! Not Reese! Not that I know that to be a fact. I'm just not an idiot like anyone else who thinks that either of them would be so spiteful!

Ryan, has cheated on Reese before the last one....Reese just got tired of it...........they went to counseling and everything..........Let Reese be happy that she has found love again......many years she fought for her marriage but when someone leaves enough signs and wants to be found out.......well Ryan finally got want he wanted a divorce.....and Reese never has spoken ill of Ryan.

Pathetic attempt by Reese to detract from Ryan's movie coming out. She conveniently cuddles in public with Jake at a Farmer's Market when he can barely walk, then she happens to have paparazzi with her at a pig farm in the middle of nowhere?? US has her address and house photos??
I am sad to see Reese sink to this depth. She has really let the divorce turn her into a nasty person. You will never hear her say one word or ever acknowledge Ryan's existance in public either. Something is really wrong with her.

I'm sure Reese has a team of people dedicated to making sure Ryan seems like a schmuk. I don't think he is at all from interviews he gives he sounds like a good guy. According to sources for the US article, Ryan comes off like a schmuk - like not being very supportive of Reese's wanting a 'homey', rustic home, and being 'mortified' that she was a cheerleader. If true, that smacks of self-centeredness and jealousy. Easy to say he loves her now, but if there is any truth to the story, he was not so loving and supportive when he was married to Reese. The brooding, ego-centric artist bit makes good media but takes its toll on a marriage.

I like both ryan and resse but sometimes i wonder about their kids. I know it's good to move on but it seems strange to me to see pics of jake giving deacon a piggie back ride. Same with abbie holding ava's hand and giggling. Both of my parents stayed toether so I was fortunate to never have to go through with this situation. Is it just me or do you guys think it's kind of weird for kids to go through this? Wouldn't they be confused?
