New Mom Halle Berry Heads Back to Work

Weeks after welcoming daughter Nahla, she has signed on to star in and produce the psychological drama Frankie and Alice, Variety reports. And she isn't diving into a light-hearted fluff flick, either. The indie is about a young woman struggling with multiple personality disorder; she is torn between who she is and a racist Caucasian alter-personality that haunts her mind, according to Variety. Berry is already trying to achieve her post-baby bod. She plans to make an appearance at the Halle Berry Celebrity Golf Classic on April 27. "She wants to back in fit form for the tournament," a source told Us of the weekend-long affair (which benefits the Jenesse Center's work for victimized women and children). Surely, it will be tough for Berry to leave her newborn. "Halle loves being a mom," the source added. "She is so happy." Click here to see Berry's bump days.

halle you are gorgeous...thank you for educating woman about the importance of getting back to who you were before you were pregneant...most human beings aren't smart enough to realize how much trauma the woman goes through which is probably why people like britney spears almost drove herself off a cliff. most people don't realize that the only way to not go insane from that is to get back to your normal self and let the man who impregneanted you handle a few months of baby time. while everyone is a social retard living in the 1950's thank god for you. the rest of you writing anything negative should be ashamed of yourselves.

ummm crazy folk its been about a month so...yeah theres nothing wrong with being a mother and having a baby...i mean the baby does have to eat...its not like halle is hurting or anything...but she has to work just like everyone else does...thank u!!!!

I hope people realize that its perfectly okay to be a working mother. And that Halle isn't a bad mom for going back to work. I'm glad she is so devoted to being a mother and taking care of herself. Some mothers forget to do that part and I love that she hasn't.

Don't think that is the best idea for her to do right now. she is already known to be a lil on the nutty side! after you have a baby your hormones get out of wake and playing a role like that might make her flip out!..
