Rob Lowe's lawyer is blasting a second nanny's lawsuit against the actor and his wife, Sheryl Berkoff.

On Wednesday, former nanny Laura Boyce filed a 17-page suit, also claiming sexual harassment.

Her lawyer, Gloria Allred, represents Jessica Gibson, Lowe's other former nanny, who also filed a sexual harassment suit against the couple on April 14.

Larry Stein, Lowe's lawyer, said the new lawsuit is an attempt by Allred to divert "negative publicity" she "universally received" after Gibson's lawsuit.

In a statement, Stein said:

"Having struck out against Rob Lowe, Gloria Allred now seeks to drag his wife and children into the fray.

"In response to a lawsuit against Laura Boyce by the Lowes, Ms. Allred filed a cross-complaint on behalf of Boyce, which contains false allegations, in an apparent attempt to divert the negative publicity which Allred's client, [Jessica] Gibson, has universally received. Although framed as a sexual harassment claim against both Sheryl and Rob Lowe, the cross-complaint alleges only words by Sheryl and never mentions any words or conduct by Rob whatsoever.

"The alleged statements by Sheryl are totally unrelated to, and do not provide any support for, Gibson's claims against Rob."

In her April 14 filing, Gibson, accused the actor of groping her and exposing himself to her.

She also alleged his wife, Sheryl, would walk around the house naked and make vulgar comments about their sex life, according to the 18-page document.

Before she filed, Lowe came clean about the suit on the Huffington Post, claiming that the nanny was falsely accusing him of inappropriate conduct in order to get $1.5 million in "hush money." (They are suing the nanny for allegedly spreading malicious lies about them.)
