FACEBOOKYou sometimes can't put a time or age limit on love! I met my hubby in April of 1998. Our 1st date was June 19th 1998. We were living together by October of that same year, and were married a year to the day of our first date on June 19th, 1999. We just celebrated 9 years of marriage and 10 years of togetherness. We've had our fights, we've had our ups and downs. We also have four great kids, a nice home, and decent jobs. We don't have Nick and Mariah money but after such a short courtship we have a happy marriage and a sold relationship. My hubby is five years older than me and we get along great! I wish them the best and hope that her eggs hold up long enough! Getting pregnant after 35 is crazy and more that a little dangerous for both mom and baby. I just hope she knows what she's getting into!

Before Mariah Carey walked down the aisle with Nick Cannon, she got cozy with him in her steamy new video for "Bye Bye."
The two play ex-lovers looking back on their failed romance — and they definitely have chemistry!
In one scene, they cuddle on a plane. In another, he wraps his arms around her, and they sway together by a pool. Cannon also carries a pajama-clad Carey to bed.
Carey, 38, and Cannon, 27, tied the knot April 30 at her home in the Bahamas.

I love this song. I don't know if it has to do with losing someone in a relationship that went bad or for someone who has past! im 26 and im in a wheelchair and i lost my brother in april 0f 07', and its still hurts, like the day i found out. I dont want to say goodbye, and i didnt yet. he was my best friend and the only one who really undestood what life is like for me

I think the tattoo thing is a bit sketchy- yeah most people believe that they are going to be together forever- but look at JLO she plastered everything with her and Ben Affleck, ahem music videos and now she says she regrets it because nobody can play jenny on the block anymore because she doesnt want to see "BENNIFER" OR Angelina Jolie and Billy Bob Thorton you couldnt pry those two apart with a heavy duty crane when they were together and they had "forever tattoos" and what happened? At first I thought OMG WTF! But my husband is 14 years older than me, so I shouldnt think its weird. I just think shes had so many ups and downs, everyone deserves somebody but I think maybe she jumped into this too quickly. yeah people have things in common and you can make it work but age gaps can be a barrier at times trust me!

I think the video was wonderful. Mariah is a wonderful performer her voice is excellent. As well as Nick he is a great actor they both are wonderful performers. Love is ageless. Life is short enjoy it while you can. I wish Nick and Mariah a long and healthy life together. I think it is just beatiful. We have to learn to stop judging other people and worry about our selves. I have to say I think that video was beautiful. Mariah Carey may not be everyone's cup of tea so to speak but one thing is undeniable she's has been blessed with a lovely voice. I thought the song and video were very touching. I think some of the pictures were those of her deceased father. I remember her talking about him on Oprah. I am glad she was able to find the peace she needed there. While I was certainly surprised with her recent marriage to Nick Cannon.. I do hope she's happy and that he does turn out to be everything she says he is to her. Perhaps Cannon is the void that she's been missing in her life. Her father passed and I do recall her saying that wasn't the best relationship but it got better in the end of his life.. so maybe a good thing came into her life with Nick and age doesn't matter in this case. I mean Mariah does not look or act like she's almost 40 truth be told. So maybe he is her perfect match. I mean Jay-Z and Beyonce have a significant age difference..and no one complains about that! So if this is meant to be...good for you Mariah and Nick.
