CSI star Gary Dourdan has formally been charged with drug possession, according to documents obtained by Usmagazine.com from California's Riverside County District Attorney’s Office.
He was charged with felony possession of heroin, cocaine and ecstasy.
Police arrested Dourdan, 41, after they found him asleep in his car, which was parked on the wrong side of the road, in Palm Springs, Calif., in the early morning hours on April 28. After searching his vehicle, they confiscated the drugs.
In an e-mail with Access Hollywood, he denied the drugs belonged to him.
"I am blessed that the Sgt. realized that the luggage carrying whatever they found was not mine and that my tests have been coming back negative," Dourdan said. "I've been happy to cooperate in any way to clear myself and go on with my blessed life."
He is to be arraigned May 28.

How the drugs are in your car at that time of hour and you on the other side of the road sounds a little off to me. Either you are doing drugs selling drugs or you are protecting the person the owns the luggage or are friends with drug dealer. Either way you need to rethink you goals in life because last time i checked that wasn't a good thing for a grown man to be doing.

3:15 p.m......I am going to refer to the article once again......where he states that he is blessed that the Sgt. realized that the luggage carrying whatever they found was not his and that his tests have been coming back negative and that he's been happy to cooperate in any way to clear hisself and go on with his blessed life.....tell me why cops realized it but not anyone commenting on this article has.....obviously they did not have a reason to beleieve he was selling them....seeing as he was passed out when they found him in his car and I thought that you had to be awake to sell drugs.....just checking because that last time I checked you did......if not you would be screwed over or better yet dead.....and seeing as he is not dead but screwed over tells me is was in the wrong place at the wrong time.....!!!!!

OK, that is what GARY SAID! If it was TRUE, he wouldn't be charged, which according to this article he has been charged. SO OBVIOUSLY the drugs were his! You can't believe what Gary says to be true.

1:35 p.m. .......did you even read the article before you commented because he stated that all his test have been coming back negative which means he wasn't taking the drugs.....and the reason why he was on the side of the road at 4 or 5 am was because he knew he had to much to drink after being out with friends, and yes even though it was on the wrong side of the road he was still responsible enough to pull over and sleep it off before driving any further.....and I honestly don't think he would have been that stupid to have drugs in his car HELLO he is a character on CSI........so I think that he knows better...!!!

Oh whatever those drugs weren't yours! If you were sober then WHY on Earth were you passed out in a car, on the WRONG side of the road at 4 or 5am? Just accept that you have a drug problem and maybe you will get rehab instead of prison time.
