I am not surprised that Al and Star's marriage did not last. I am surprised that it lasted as long as it did. I cannot believe ANYONE would want to be married to a woman who is so self centered and demanding of everything to revolve around her. Star continuously tried to make The View her own show and was way too self righteous. Good riddance to her, and she should get a couple dozen of krispy kremes and fatten up - she looks like an alien!

Star Jones is nothing more than a media HO. The ONLY reason she had such a huge wedding was because she did NOT pay one red cent for it. In a sense she prostitued herself to get a free wedding. How cheap can you get? I wonder how all those "sponsors" feel now? It would not surprise me in the least if Jones-Reynolds is trying to get sponsors for her divorce too.
She never added any substance on THE VIEW. Before Hasselbeck got there, Jones was the big mouth who would raise her voice to be heard and would cut people off mid sentence any chance she got.
I am glad TRU-TV (formerly Court TV) got smart and ditched her. She isn't worth listening to anyway with her bigoted comments.

I find it contradictory when Ms Walters states how remaining silent about Ms Jones's private medical surgery put her and the View co-hosts in an uncomfortable situation. Yet on the Oprah show, she admits she and the View's producers told Star they'd go along with whatever Star wanted to say about her departure from the show. Wouldn't that have made them "uncomfortable" too?

So it's difficult to stay silent, um lie, about another person's medical business but it's easy to lie about their being fired? Hmm. This wouldn't be about selling a book, now would it?

That said, Ms Jones should have learned the first time around, she'd come out looking bad. She played right into Ms Walters hands and pocketbook with these comments.

Star Jones is a joke and has been since her wedding. Seems the little darling will do or say anything to keep her in the public eye and blame
everyone else for the screw up she makes of her life. Too bad. When she was an attorney and commenting on the OJ joke of the year trial she was actually pretty good.

bebe betty I just don't understand, I was raised about 15 miles from where the KKK held meetings, when we played any type of sports against the school in that area we had to be escorted by DPS officers, not regular policeman. So I have seen racism and been apart of it. I don't cry about it, I learned what not to be and will teach my children. I am 30 years olds live in the fourth largest city in the US and I see more non BLACK Americans trying to embraces my culture ( from clothes, to cooking, to what we drive and please don't forget our music and not just rap, it goes as far as gospel music), yet other have the audacity to call my race uncivilized. REALITY CHECK: If anyone researches their family tree/history I guarantee you will find a little Black American, Caucasian, Latin, Asian in their blood lines. Myself, my great great grandmother was Sioux and Irish and my paternal great great great grandfather was French and a true African his name was Poppa Sam. I have a beautiful cocoa complexion, my skin is flawless, with hair down my back like my mother and grandmother (its all mine nothing fake about it) and if I wet my hair it is wavy like an Indian but I relax/perm it so you tell me what pure BLACK American has those features, when I go out of town most people think I'm from India or a Muslim, GO FIGURE. I juat reading and came across Ssgt White*s comments and those who seem MAD at her. I will say that if anyone had taken the time to read ssgt white's posts she is simply stating NOT ALL BLACKS are bad and she tries to contribute to society that is it. She definately a strong black woman but not MAD at anyone. There were people on the site saying mean things about blacks. She used herself as an accomplished person who is black. Why do you guys always have to talk about race? Stick to the issue! Star dissed Bawbwa and she dissed her back. It's not about black or white......
