FACEBOOKIt became obvious that the results of AI are fixed after David Hernandez got "voted" off the show, and the disaster-of-an-execuse-for-a-contestant, Jason Castro remained. Interesting that this occurred at the same time that it became known that David H. was a very successful stripper, and probably gay. That being said, although David A is young and lacks charisma and stage presence, he has the overall best voice in the competition. Since this is "American Idol" and not "America's Best Voice", David C. will probably win. Both will most likely go on to enjoy very successful careers, even when the public finds out that David A is also gay (after he does, first) unlike Blake What-was-his name from last year, who everyone forgot the week after the show was over.

Dread-locked Jason Castro was sent home on Wednesday's American Idol.
"I think that Jason Castro kind of hit his wall," judge Paula Abdul told Entertainment Tonight after the show. "He lacks that professionalism and that experience."
Castro, 20, famously forgot some of the lyrics to Bob Dylan's "Mr. Tambourine Man" on Tuesday, prompting Simon Cowell to declare, "Jason, pack your suitcase!"
Added Abdul: "It's humbling when you forget the words, but you have to bring the song back, and his lack of experience didn't allow him to harness that ... but that's what's endearing about him too."
Abdul didn't think Castro was too bummed about being booted off.
"He made no mistake of letting it leak out of the press that he was tired and wanted to go see his girlfriend," Abdul said.
After being eliminated, Castro didn't watch his goodbye video featuring flashbacks of his time on the show, as most contestants do, a show attendee told Usmagazine.com.
"Instead, he was smiling and looking his usual laid-back self, readying his guitar for the song and chatting with Ryan [Seacrest] and the band," the witness added.
"Jason's demeanor was almost one of relief as he walked around the stage, smiling and waving his guitar."
After performing, Cowell jumped on the stage to "give Jason a big hug," the witness said.
Abdul said Castro will have "longevity and a huge, big career.
"He's like a pair of old pajamas that you know feel good!" she said.
Next week, Syesha Mercado, David Cook and David Archuleta battle it out.
The show's finale airs May 21.

The most talented and most deserving to win Idol this season is David Cook, hands down. Nothing against Syesha or David A, it's just that Cook's got that something extra special!
And all this talk of Cook being better off not winning Idol...that's not necessarily true. Look at Kelly Clarkson, she's had a successful post-Idol career. Cook is talented in his own right, those music business people would be dumb not to let him do what he wants!
Also, Cook has put his all into the competition, I'm sure he wants to win it all. Who wants to come in second place anyway?? To put 110% into a competition and come up short is something no one would want.
So all you Cook fans: VOTE!!
You know, I thought he did bring the song back,he flubbed and kept right on going with a grin. So cute!
I was somewhat saddened to see Jason eliminated. I wish people could only vote once from each phone number, eliminating multiple votes for their favorites. 52 million votes cast this week....give me a break..! However, Jason was one of the two that had the COMPLETE Idol package. Voters are forgetting just what an Idol is. Read the entertainment mags, See who draws the big crowds...see what a TRUE Idol is. It's not just their voice, the songs they pick, and how they smile. A true Idol also has to have the LOOK: Be good looking to start with, a great smile and an awesome personality, And Jason has it. The only one left fitting into the definition of an Idol is David Archuleta. Good luck David...you CAN be the Idol.

Jason's time was up. He lacked experience and committment. Syesha is very good but she will need to bring her confidence level up a notch. David Archuletta is too young. He also lacks confidence in himself. He answers a question with a question. He also sings the same type songs, with the same tone. There is no versatality in his singing. Never changes a beat. David Cook again shows what real talent is. I hope he wins so he can go on and pursue his career. Good luck - David Cook!!

I am a Senior Citizen and it is refreshing to listen to Jason Castro's singing.
In a world of violence and problems it is nice to hear a serene unique talent such as that of Jason Castro.
The remaining contestants are a dime a dozen, however I wish them luck and much success.
I don't think I will watch American Idol's finale.
I think the true American Idol got voted off "Jason Castro".
American Idol should be about unique talent and voices you can remember. Who cares how good someone sings if they sound like every one else.
I am watching the vidoes of Jason Castro instead of American Idol the remaining season.
I never thought Jason would win, but good for him for hanging in as long as he did! He brought a uniqueness to the show that it really needed. I was bummed last night when they cut the show during his swan song performance, how rude! Every other contestant has been given the respect of finishing their song on air, even if it means the show runs over by a couple of minutes.
David Cook should take the whole thing. Archuletta is too young and too schmaltzy. Syesha is a good singer, she'll go far, but the American Idol she is not.
It was Jason's time to go. He was a mess on Tuesdays show. Then again, Tuesdays show was a mess all around. At this stage in the show we should be blown out of our seats when the contestants perform. I was NOT blown out of my seat at all. My favorite is David Cook, but even he wasn't 100% like he usually is. It just seemed like everyone was off. I almost felt uncomfortable watching. No matter what happens this coming week, Syesha will probably go home and the top two will be David and David. The one that should win it all is David Cook. He rocks!!!

I actually DON'T want David Cook to win because I think he's better than American Idol. I don't want them to make him sing poppy rock songs, he's better than that. If he doesn't win, he's better off because he'll get signed right away and I'm sure they'll allow him to express himself artistically. American Idol just won't allow him to do that, he'll be working for them and they'll get half of what he makes anyways. Sayesha is amazing but let's face it...she's just like a whole lot of other singers trying to sell albums and failing terribly. She'd have to work with the right people in order to really sell some albums. I really think she'd be HUGE on broadway...it suits her and she's this tiny little lady with a big ole' voice, it would be perfect for her. I also think it would help her with that stale personality she has. Seems her personality only shows when she's performing fun upbeat songs. David Archuleta should win. I'm only saying that because he's young and look at where he's at. With the right management and record label, this kid could be huge. American Idol molds every star they sign, some good some bad but I think David is the one who needs to be molded the most because I don't even think he's reached his full potential. Everyone will just have to vote I guess. We'll see.
All I can say is it's about time. I'm still trying to figure out how he made it to the top 12. There were several more talented people than him this year that would have appreciated his spot. Every week he acted like it was no big deal that he was still there. Good riddance.
This show is a snoozfest this year. Bring back Sangina!!!

Jason will be missed. He was the only one with any personality and sense
of humor. He was so easy on the eyes too. Jason remained true to himself
throughout this competition and didn't sell out, or change anything about
himself. I respect him for his honesty too. His comment, "I shot the Tamborine Man",was hilarious. Jason will do good things with his talent, and he will be rewarded for them.
I really don't believe that the young ones kept him in this competition.
People of all ages appreciated his talent and stage presence.
Thank goodness Jason is gone. He stopped competing.
I think it will be one of the Davids that wins. Syesha will go on to perform on Broadway. David A. will have a career much like Barry Manilow or Clay Aiken. I think David Cook would be the most successful of the 3 and have a great careeer as a rocker. I think he will ultimately win.

I think his attitude sucks because he outstayed a lot of others who really wanted to be there. If he was tired of being there he could have actually walked away weeks ago and someone who really wanted to be there could have stayed in his place.
Yes it was definitely time for Jason to go home. Carly was alot better than him. I wanted Carly to be in the top 3. She was awesome. But, I want David Cook to win. But, its gonna be hard between the both David's.

Its funny how the girls scream all the time for Jason. Well I guess he has nice sparkly green eyes, but I don't think he's that good looking. Boyish-cute I guess. Anyways, I'm totally rooting for Archuleta, but then again it doenst really matter because if you're good and you come out at the right time when you make your debut to the industry you can become a hit, look at Daughtry compared to Hicks?!?!
Worst season EVER!!! Even Sanjaya was better a better entertainer than these three! And Chackizie was the one that had the best performance this season w/the Beatles cover of "She's a Woman."

I think it will be between the two Davids in the final 2. I still can't beleive Syesha is still there. She has been in the bottom three since day one. I think she is very talented, but I don't see her selling a lot of CD's. She would be great for broadway. David A. also is has a good voice, but is extremly boring to listen to and watch. I know I would never buy anything of his. David Cook does have the whole package, but I am sure his CD will sound a lot like Daughtry's. Jason was a fresh look and sound and I am sure he will do good. I agree that this season tword the end has been very boring.
i love jason! he wuz the best and i loved his dreads and his playing the guitar. david rocks my socks!
