T.I. reigns with eight nominations, while Kanye West and Jermaine Dupri vie for Producer of the Year. Music? Ludacris performs “Grew Up a Screw Up,” and Snoop Dogg hopes to do “That’s That” with the indicted R. Kelly (“The courts may keep him in Chicago,” exec producer Stephen Hill tells Us). And the fashion correspondent is Project Runway’s Michael Knight! (BET, 9 p.m.)
