Nicole Richie, 25, posted the following thinly veiled item on her MySpace blog Monday accusing a former employee of having an eating disorder.

All bony fingers are pointing in the direction of Richie’s former stylist, Rachel Zoe, who Richie fired earlier this month after more than two years of service. Zoe is 35, stick-thin, and has long been accused of promoting unhealthy body images (Lindsay Lohan and Richie shed tons of weight as her clients).
At the time, an insider told Us that Zoe was fired because Richie “wanted to surround herself with positive people and influences."
Meanwhile, Zoe has issued the following statement to TMZ:
"There has been a lot of speculation as to the cause of my parting with client Nicole Richie. The tabloid reports have no merit. After trying to be a good friend to Nicole, we made a mutual decision to sever our working relationship. Changes are inevitable in any business relationship. I am very fortunate to have such a wonderful life, I have been married for 10 years and have been a stylist for more than 15 years and am lucky to work with such a diverse group of women of all shapes and sizes that inspire me everyday. I have nothing but love for Nicole and wish her only health and happiness."

Im proud of Nicole for ditching her stylist and one of her good friends. She was a horrible role model for Nicole and I think because shes out of her life shell start gaining weight and getting better role models.

Nicole Richie is what she is today because of Rachel Zoe! Before her she was just a peace of trash Paris clown that dressed like a worst version of Paris Hilton if htat's possible. B/C of Rachel Zoe she became popular since the only reason why she is in magazines and tabloids is because of her style which she would NOT have if not for Rachel Zoe! If i were Rachel Zoe I would release a statement saying exactly that...

Catfight aside - girls - if you have an eating disorder Rachel Zoe is what you will look like in 10 years IF you survive. So if you're thinking, ewww, she looks nasty - eat healthy, get some exercise, and don't smoke or over-tan. Clearly Nicole needed to sever her relationship with RZ in order to take steps toward getting through her eating disorder and RZ didn't take it well. They've both had their say now and should just ignore each other and get on with their lives like a couple of adults. Same for the rest of 'em (Parisite & Blohan).

the truth of the matter is that Rachel did make Nicole look really good.
Nicole became a great dresser & had great style because of Rachel. Nicole should be grateful and if she outgrew Rachel then just move on----no need to insult her or give her bad press. As far as i can see---Nicole's star quality sky rocketed to the top because of her style, all thanks to Rachel. People started to notice Nicole more and she was plastered all over magazines because of her style so she should thank Rachel for getting her where she's at. Even Gweneth Paltrow stated that Nicole is the best dresser these days. Did anyone really care about her before Rachel changed her image? i don't think i did or anyone else did either.

BUT DOES SHE MEAN ZOE WAS SUSPOSED TO GET NICOLE A NUTRITIONIST AND GOT HER A PUBLICIST INSTEAD (LIKE SHE HAD BEEN ASKING HER FOR HELP AND ZOE DIDN'T HELP), OR WAS IT MEANING ZOE USES HER OWN MONEY FOR PUBLICISTS FOR HERSELF RATHER THAN NUTRITIONISTS? Sadly enough, these tactics work for celebrities in gaining more press and publicity. There's a reason they continue to starve themselves and shrivel away into nothing - unfortunately it's because it works. Even some reports about Nicole's supposed eating disorder claim that once she started losing weight, the attention came flooding in, and she liked it. Notice how you never saw her in Jimmy Choo ads while she was at her former weight? The public started paying more attention to her. She got more dates. It's really sad, but if it wasn't working for them, they wouldn't go to such extreme measures. Sadly enough, this sells, and something is incredibly wrong with this picture.

Yep, it’s no secret that being famous typically means that you lose you morals and revert to the Hollywood ideal of who you should be. Sad but true. Sometimes I wonder where is their backbones? (well except for these 2 women of course.) It’s always refreshing to see someone do the opposite. Like Kate Hudson for example, small boobs and big ears. But she is still beautiful! It’s who you are. You can just tell which celebrities have self confidence and which ones lack it.

Hollywood has pickled the brains of it's starlets, and really, it's sad to see the skeletal bodies or the overexagerated lips/gruesome plastic surgeries/overinflated boobies. that does not look good on screen OR in life at all....oh, and I'm surprised zoe even eats asparagus or lettuce cups

Why don’t women nowadays like to eat food? I don’t get it and I never will. It’s good stuff. You have got to be so insecure to believe that all you are worth is what you look like. And looking like a carcass is unattractive. But hey, we all got out ideas of what beauty really is. And my opinion is that both Nicole and Rachel need to EAT. Give them some sustenance for their skeletal bodies! Stop pointing fingers and pick up a damn sandwich!

only they know the true story of what really transpired, and really, who knows, they are all so catty about size in hollywood, so zoe could have said or done some questionable things. So, is nicole being immature? on the surface, it would seem so, but then, like i said, you never know what zoe might have said or done privately. from what I've seen of nicole though, she doesn't seem like the type to really have a big mouth, so I feel like something must have happened for her to be saying something like that.
