Drew and Lea Lachey are naming their new baby girl Isabella, Us Weekly has learned exclusively. The couple, both 29 years old and married since October 2000, welcomed their first child on Thursday in an L.A. hospital.
"We are thrilled and very excited about it all!" Lea's father, Dan Urra, told Us. His wife, Geraldine, flew from their home in Cincinnati, Ohio, to Los Angeles earlier this week to be with their daughter.
Drew, who was a member of the band 98 Degrees with brother Nick Lachey, 32, tangoed his way to victory on Dancing With the Stars in February.
“I couldn’t be more thrilled for Drew and Lea," Cheryl Burke, Drew's dancing partner on the show, told Us. "They are going to be the best parents imaginable. They both are such loving and giving people with such hearts that their little girl will always know how loved she is.â€

Do you think Nick would ever date someone who is not famous or a celebrity? If so read this....
I happened to see his MTV special and was moved to tears. He seems like a real, down to earth good man. I completely feel the same things he does when he talks about family, children and that being most important. I am a school teacher who is blessed every day by God's blessing of touching a child's life on a daily basis. I would love to have the chance to meet Nick and show him that an ordinary woman can move him and touch his heart. If my words have inspired you please tell Nick about this blog and by some miracle it may work.

Drew can you give Nick a message from me ( a perfect stranger) tell him that his MTV special moved me and that I cried for him. I am so happy for Drew and Lea. They made such a beautiful family together and now it is perfect. Isabella is beautiful. She is absolutely precious and adorable. I can tell Drew is a proud papa already. I know he and Lea are happy and ecstatic.

Best of luck to you and your new child. I watched Dancing with the Stars and was a big fan of Drew's. I used to like to watch him and Nick on the Newlywed show with Nick always getting Drew into his special projects. They were both so cute and so funny!!

Congratulations! I have been in love with Drew since 98 Degrees was 1st formed and have followed him since then. It broke my heart when he got married but now his picture perfect life is coming together and I wish him all the happiness in the world. He's been looked over too many times with having Nick as a brother. He truly deserves everything he has!!!
