Halle Berry
The lithe, sexy and beautiful Berry has been a double-edged sword, capable of pulling off serious Oscar-winning performances and popcorn action roles at the same time. Halle’s best known for being milky-eyed Storm in the X-Men movies, and for rolling around on the carpet with Billy Bob Thornton in Monster’s Ball.
For five years Halle was married to pro baseball player David Justice, before entering a four-year marriage to R&B singer Eric Benet—a marriage that would scar her for months after its 2004 end. Unbelievably, Benet was unfaithful to the completely hot Halle. At last, though, Halle’s love life is seeing some sunshine with Versace model Gabriel Aubry. The glamorous duo welcomed a baby girl on March 16, 2008.
Named after a department store in Cleveland, Ohio, Halle was a Miss USA contestant before heading to Chicago to pursue modeling. Her role in Spike Lee’s Jungle Fever in 1991 put her on the map, but it wasn’t until her 2000-2001 performances in X-Men and the Oscar-earning (and sexually explicit) Monster’s Ball that she became a true superstar, following it up as a Bond girl in Die Another Day. Donning a leather suit for 2004’s embarrassing Catwoman didn’t do her any favors, but 2006 film X-Men: The Last Stand showed she certainly isn’t slowing down.
