The farce-filled sitcom about Seattle’s fussiest radio show doc, Frasier Crane (Kelsey Grammer), began to slow down in 2001–2002. Things kick off with a surreal two-parter in which the poor guy is haunted by past loves Lilith (Bebe Neuwirth) and Diane (Shelley Long). Alas, the plots and jokes here have little oomph.
