Pamela Anderson now wants to annul her marriage to Rick Salomon. She is citing fraud as the reason for the annulment request, according to papers filed on Friday, Feb. 22 in Los Angeles County Superior Court. No further details have been provided. Her rep had no comment and her lawyer, Larry Ginsberg, did not respond to requests for interviews.

This is the third time Anderson, 40, has attempted to leave Salomon. She first filed for divorce in December, just two months after their Vegas marriage, but rescinded the decision hours later only to personally serve divorce papers to Salomon, 39, two weeks after that. They reconciled just days later.

Anderson gushed in her Oct. 6, 2007, blog that "the best revenge is true happiness" and announced to the world: "Rick and I are truly grateful. We are toasting the casino right after we get married after my show."

Salomon is known for producing and starring in a 2003 sex tape with ex-girlfriend Paris Hilton. Anderson previously
was married to rockers Kid Rock. The actress has two sons (Brandon, 11, and Dylan, 9) from her previous marriage with rocker Tommy Lee.
