Paris Hilton is suing the greeting card manufacturer Hallmark for $500,000 dollars for using her photo and her trademark phrase “That's Hot!” on one of its cards.

In the lawsuit filed at US District Court in Los Angeles on Thursday, Hilton, 26, accuses Hallmark of misappropriating her image and invading her privacy.

The greeting card shows Hilton's face superimposed on a cartoon body on what is described as her "first day as a waitress." She is serving food and saying, “Don’t touch that, it’s hot.”

“What’s hot?” her customer asks.

“That’s hot,” she replies.

According to the Associated Press, the heiress is calling for an injunction barring Hallmark from using her name and likeness.
