Isn't Arnold in his 2nd term as governor of CA? How long are term limits in CA? Most states only have 2 term limits for governor. If he is in his 2nd term limit, it won't matter politically if he pardon's Paris or not. I am beyond this whole Paris going to jail thing. If she serves any jail time at all, I will be surprised. She does need to grow up. Perhaps prison will force her to grow up.

Both Michelle Rodriguez and Zsa Zsa Gabor (pretty sure thats spelled wrong) both got sentenced to time in this sam facility, but due to overcrowding michelle was released in under two hours and gabor in about one. paris will be in and out in less time than she spent at teddys last week.

Her license is no longer suspended, that's why she can drive her Bentley again. According to People.com, she had her license suspended in November and reinstated in March. That makes her legally able to drive now. If you're going to spout off about something, get your facts straight.

If she were anyone else and she broke probation, she would be thrown in jail, I do not care who she is. You do the crime, you do the time. I have been in the situation. Got DUI, and broke my probation. I am a nice upstanding citizen, I made mistake, and I paid the price. She should spend time in jail, I had to. How unfair to the rest of the world if she doesn't have to pay for hers just because she is rich and what some would consider cute. If anything make her spend SOME time in jail.
