Paris Hilton's condition continues to be monitored around-the-clock at the Twin Towers Correctional Facility in Los Angeles. That's where the heiress was taken on Friday afternoon following a court ruling that she return to jail to finish out the remainder of her 45-day sentence.
But at least she has gotten to see a couple visitors. Her sister Nicky Hilton and on-and-off beau Stavros Niarchos reportedly paid her a visit on Sunday afternoon (only two visitors can see an inmate on visitation days).
According to the Associated Press, while her medical issues have not yet been confirmed by jail officials, Sheriff Lee Baca indicated at a news conference on Friday that her condition was psychological, and that he was placing her at Twin Towers (rather than the Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood) because it was a "better facility for her condition -- specifically one that has a more intense form of medical support."
Baca also suggested he made the decision based on the fact that Hilton would be watched closely so "there isn't anything harmful done to herself by herself, which is a great concern to me."
The Simple Life star will have little privacy but plenty of medical care. Twin Towers is equipped to treat both medical and mental health issues, with 10-20 deputies, doctors, nurses and medical personnel assigned to each floor. Each floor houses about 40 inmates, while each cell measures 100 square feet and comes equipped with a toilet, sink and a small window.

Im not in love with Paris Hilton but i feel so bad for hwr being i jail and i think the judge was being too harsh on her because she is "Paris Hilton"...but i think its really nice that her sister came to visit her..i thought her mom and dad would be the first people to c her...but her parents are probably mad at her...but u guys.. i felt so bad wen i saw a pic of her crying :(

i just want to say that i feel bad for Paris, but i think shes gotten a lot of wake up calls and she still acted as if she didnt give a damb..it had to come to this, being in jail..and hopefully she will realize that she CAN make a difference to a lot of young people who think life is just a party. Paris i love you and your family. may God bless you and may this next few weeks go by fast...i would hate to be in there..away from everyone i love. just hopefully she wont "act dumb" anymore!!

Jen, I went thru the same thing as you when I first signed on this site. It was frustrating and I was flipping out too. But, like the others say, just go on anonymous (like I am now) and no one will mess with you. It's a shame people have to ruin it for the rest of us, but there's always one in every crowd.
Now, as far as Paris goes.. HA, HA, HA. KUDOS to the Judge who threw her butt back in jail. Who the hell does she think she is? She should have to serve like the rest of the folks who screwed up! I think it's great and I hope she does learn a lesson, but I doubt it. Why in the heck do these celebrities drink & drive when they have friggen lemos and drivers? I'll never know. Anyway, I actually think it's funny. Boo Hoo Paris...

Paris is just reacting how anyone in jail would, why is she getting special treatment? Anyone who has never been to jail and then suddenly they have to go they all have psychological problems when they get there. She needs to grow the heck up and realize that SHE was the one that got in trouble and SHE needs to step up to the plate and accept her responsibility.

Paris Hilton was not jailed for DUI. She was given probation (suspended license) with the requirement to attend alcohol education, but she chose not to follow any of those instructions. To top it off, she apparently thought her court appearance was a party and decided to appear "fashionably late". Total disrespect and arrogance and that should not be tolerated and I dislike her very much for that. Hopefully, just the few days she was in jail will get her off her high horse. Now that she spends the rest of her time in the relative comfort of the medical ward, I am not sure how much she has really learned and will change. We will see. Her latest comments, obviously written by her lawyer, don't mean anything. I doubt that she even has read those comments. I applaud the judge!!!!!! Let Paris have her privileges, but not when sharing the road with others or taking her punishment.

Sounds like suicide watch then? I am on the fence. I would seriously freak out if I had to go to the clink, she seems to not be taking it well at all. Then there are those who say shes a fake. To that I would say she can't act. AT ALL. Really, sure she can pitch a fit, but can she act and fake everyone out that good? I say she either going through drug withdrawls or club withdrawls. At least now she has a lot more comfy place to stay. It's good to be Paris.
