Try doing one thing every week, eventually everyday, to change the perceptions of how people view each other - help someone in need, give to your favorite charity, visit a retirement home and talk with some of the residents about life, help a stranger, hug your loved ones and tell them how much you love them, and most of all - don't let fear drive your life, dance with it, and love life. Try living in the moment, you'll be surprised at what happens!
