Rachel & Ryan: Getting Hitched?

Are Rachel McAdams and Ryan Gosling setting up some secret nuptials?

A source close to McAdams tells Us Weekly, "They're madly in love and plan on getting married this year."

But the couple "want to avoid the press. So they agreed to get engaged and married on the same day - and won't allow their families to talk about it."

(McAdams' rep calls this "completely false.")

Both McAdams, 30, and Gosling, 26, were born in St. Joseph's hospital in London, Ontario, and grew up near one another but didn't meet until they both starred in 2004's The Notebook.

Sighs the insider, "It was destiny."

Yeah, I don't think they have a strong relationship. I will be really surprised if they do get married. They used to hate each other remember? It's probably not a healthy relationship to date someone you hated. Reality check: Would you date a guy who wanted a stand in for you because he didn't even want to do the actual scene with you?

Although i do love both of them and them together aswell, i dont think they should get married.. yet. Right now they just dont seem like that couple that need a piece of paper to show that they are fully committed to eachother.Sometimes getting married messes everything together. Plus i think they would gte major media after they do get married and that could annoy them.

Ryan has been acting since he was a kid. Rachel is new to Hollywood but has been in a lot of great movies lately. Her star power can only rise higher. And yes, they are both great actors. Ryan was just up for an oscar earlier this year. They are A list actors who do not need the hype that goes along with being on the A list. Their work proves their talent. If its true they are getting hitched, I wish them the best.

i don't really believe the story but i still love them. they r in the business for the acting not to get attention, which is why they r barely in the tabloids. Ryans been acting 4 a while i remember him in Breaker High as a kid in the early 90's(kids oriented TV show). Rachel has been in more movies though.
