She's got her own film coming out this weekend at the box office, but Rendition star Reese Witherspoon says the hippest chick in her home is Disney Channel mainstay Miley Cyrus.
In an interview Tuesday with The Tonight Show's Jay Leno, Witherspoon, mom to 3-year-old Deacon and 8-year old Ava, says Cyrus' Hannah Montana program dominates their TV each night.
"My daughter's 8 now so the coolest person in the world right now is Miley Cyrus - Hannah Montana!" Witherspoon enthuses.
But does young Ava make the connection that Mom travels in the same entertainment circles as her idol? Not yet, says Witherspoon.
"She has no idea and I'm trying to keep it that way. I don't want to get hounded for concert tickets!"

Ms. Witherspoon is so cool - talented, educated, centered, funny, happy, and two great kids - Yahoo, it's nice to read a nice story here for once. And they have a great 'idol', another good southern girl :-)

Hannah Montana is a good, wholesome show that sends a positive message. Anyone with kids should realize that. Just take a look at most of the shows out there - it's disgusting!

I always liked Reese. She seems so dignified and classy. Not sure if I would want to be her kid since she strikes me as maybe a little too anal and strict, but I give her props.
