That's the stupidest reason I've ever heard! They don't go out together? Whatever. My husband doesn't go to the grocery store with me either. Nor does he go to the dentist, the doctors, the mall..... um, yeah we have lives outside of each other. I'm going to wager that most couples do! Sometimes I take the kids, sometimes I leave them with him and vice freaking versa. At least they both take care of their child. Better than some fathers I know that barely talk to their kids let alone go out to a store, etc, alone with them.

They say that now that its 100% fabricated, I bet in a month or so they will be divorcing!!! These magazines are usually right!!

There are pics and video, for that matter of them together and out in public last week. One set of pics and a video of them dropping/and then picking up Violet from preschool. After they dropped Violet off, there is a video of them getting out of Ben's car at a hotel.

Another day, there are photos of Ben walking across a street to get his black car from a parking garage....to drive where and pick up whom? That would be Jen and Violet, after the three of them had lunch at a small cafe.

Yes, were there pics of Jen last week, shopping for a purse (heck if I were Ben I wouldn't go either). Pics of Jen going to the dentist (my spouse doesn't go with me there either). Oh, and yes, pics of her at the market (check photo history of how many times Jen is at the market (lots), Ben has been once in the last 2 years).

So the whole E/Ted story about how they are rarely photographed together is just BULL. Just because they are down on R. Drive sucking face does not a divorce make.

Wonder why it took Garner's publicist to respond- and why she responded to another tabloid rather than the original one. At least Affleck's people tried to stop E! from running this in the first place. Looks like a publicity stunt- they've gotten more press than they've gotten in months! I just noticed that too. Ted is covering himself. He got caught in a bald-faced lie, was called out on it by US Weekly and people here, and is doing an about-face. He's also doing one on the false story he ran regarding Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt selling their New Orleans Mansion.

I told you guys this dude was a liar. This isn't the first time he's done this either.
