Ruslana was a very beautiful and talented young model with a lot to live for.It is a shame that she did not reach out to friends or family before she jumped to her death.My heart and prayers go out to her family and friends.I would like to think that if other people out there are feeling suicidal that they have enough strength to seek help.Some of the bloggers comments are very disturbing.Perhaps they need some counseling as well.

Really sad. There is a dark side to being a model. It's not all glamour and fame. I'm not shocked a model would decide to kill herself. She was probably under a lot of pressure or something. Rest In Peace Love.

Sad but selfish. She surely could"ve afforded psychiatric help. What a horrible thing to do to your family!

I don't believe it for 1 minute & I hope the police are really investigating this thing...

She is so young and beautiful and just when you think that these young ones have it all is when one finds that all that glitters is NOT gold. That precious child was so alone within her thoughts, it's like she had no one. How utterly sad, how utterly tragic. I hope she has peace now!

I think you all need to learn how to read. It is an "apparent suicide" meaning they haven't made any offical rulings yet. Maybe upon further invastigation they will find that she pushed.
She obviously wasn't thrown bc that could be told right away, from the position of the body.
They also stated there was no signs of stuggle, so the found not skin under her nails or any bruising from someone hitting her. That is not to say she didn't know she was going to be pushed.

Why is everyone so quick to rule this as a suicide? No one saw her jump; they just saw her body fall. My theory is that because she had seen a movie with her ex-boyfriend, her current boyfriend got in a fight with her, killed her, and then ripped the material off the balcony and threw her body off the building to make it look like a suicide. Or maybe he didn't even kill her before he pushed her off. Her blog writings are those of a normal 20 year old woman who is growing into adulthood - not suicidal rantings as some suggest.

I definitely think she was murdered - perhaps by her boyfriend or by her ex-boybriend. For some reason, people want to think she killed herself - maybe it makes them feel better by thinking that a gorgeous woman with everything going for her wasn't happy either.

Personally, I think she was murdered and wish that people would stop acting as it were a suicide without further investigation being done.

I must respectfully disagree with 3:50 and 8:23. I think it's feasible she killed herself. She was probably on drugs and not thinking clearly. It's also possible she climbed up on the ledge, and started to change her mind and slipped. I doubt she was pushed, though. The police would have found some evidence suggesting she was not alone or did it of her own free will. I feel horrible and sympathize for all who knew her and are effected by her death.

It's sad how people immediately assume it was a suicide. If it was then she was mentally ill and going through something extremely painful. It does not mean she was weak. But in the middle of the day? This is not someone who lacked attention. Someone this well known in the fashion world would not want to die and show it to the world when obviously that's what she was tired of based on her blog. She'd do it privately because that's what she was seeking, herself, and not what people see on the outside. Someone pushed her and that's what people need to be looking at.

this shows what our society is like nowadays. it is very disappointing that police want to make themselves believe this is suicide. i have been suicidal before myself and that is not what this is. i am in the same business, modeling and the pressures of society and the surrounding abuse with drugs and alcohol and I know from experience that this is not suicide. sounds like someone intentionally cut the slit on balcony to make her plunge to her death or someone pushed her. people can hide there sadness behind a smile but this is apparent that she was mentally healthy during this time in her life. all friends reported her healthy the same day when they talked to her. i think the police did a horrible job and this shows how lazy they really are. it is obvious this girl didn't commit suicide and the police and FBI departments should be looked down upon for not doing more research. i hope they get lots of calls about this case and their lack of care. even if she had been suicidal she would not have plunged in mid-day. i'm sure she would have waited until night. i mean you would think if she was bottling her emotions inside and hiding them on the outside she would've jumped at night rather than mid-day to hide herself, as well. looks like someone may have planned this. like the mafia or someone who desired her maybe the boyfriend or acquaintance or maybe another envious person/model. this is definitely fishy and whoever cannot see this is blind.

It is sad that someone would feel that there is no other way out and decide to take their life. People pray everyday for another day of life and here is someone who took it for granted. My condolances to her family. And wherever she is I hope she is at peace.
