BREAKING NEWS: Restraining Order: Sam Lutfi Drugged Britney Spears

The L.A. Superior Court has released an 11-page restraining order against Britney Spears' pal Sam Lutfi.

He must stay 250 yards away from the singer and the UCLA Medical Center, as well as the homes of her parents, her siblings, her children and the singer's residences.

The document reads:

• “Britney met Lutfi in or about October 2007. Mr. Lutfi has essentially moved into Britney’s home and has purported to take control of her life, home and finances."

• “Mr. Lufti drugged Britney."

• "He has cut Britney's home phone line and removed her cell phone chargers."

• "He yells at her."

• "He claims to control everything — Britney’s business manger, her attorneys and the security guards at the gate."

• “Immediate relief is necessary to avoid the risk of physical harm to Britney by Mr. Lutfi and to allow her to undergo necessary medical treatment without interference by Mr. Lutfi."

According to the document, the restraining order against Lutfi was filed February 1 by James P. Spears.

Lutfi is described as a 170 lbs., 5’7", Middle Eastern man, age 33.

The hearing date for the restraining order is set for February 22.

Pues está más que claro: los padres NO han pedido poder tomar decisiones médicas sobre Britney (ese era el problema, que ella se negaba a seguir tratamiento).

Lo que los padres SÍ han pedido es el control sobre la fortuna de Britney, desde el mismo día en que fue internada involuntariamente.

Britney Spears fue internada bajo el código de "ser un peligro para sí misma y para los demás", ya que llevaba 72 horas sin dormir y su psiquiatra personal consideró que si cogía el coche podría tener accidentes (es decir, aquí estaba el 'ser un peligro'). Su madre Lynne, enseguida llamó a los medios de comunicación (x17online, no sabemos si a todos los demás también), para informarles de una mentira contra Britney que en ese momento pudiera asegurar que iba a ser internada siguiendo esa misma fórmula de 'ser un peligro para sí misma' y que toda la prensa y la opinión pública iban a estar de acuerdo con que le quitaran a Britney el control sobre sí misma, contándoles que 'BRitney había intentado suicidarse'. Todos hemos visto el estado en que estaba Britney estos tiempos, y soluciones como evitar que cogiera sola los coches, y controlar que no se desmadrara e hiciera locuras que podríans erle caras... me parece que es lo mejor que ha podido hacer Sam.

Muchos de nosotros nos preguntamos... porque subitamente los padres de Britney se interesaron en ella, cuando por muchos años no dieron ninguna muestra de que se preocuparan por ella? A continuacion les dejo algunos datos para que conozcan algo mas al padre de Britney

> Su padre estuvo practicamente en bancarrota muchos años de su vida.
> Es conocido por su serio problema de alcoholismo, por el cual su esposa Lynne se divorcio de el.

Lo que sí digo es que su familia está destruyéndola con todos los medios a su alcance, y que cuando San Lufti dijo que a su madre Lynne "sólo le importaba lo que los medios y la opinión pública opinaran de ella", estaba diciendo la triste realidad. A esta mujer no le importa hacer un daño irreversible a Britney pasando ella misma rumores horrendos sobre su propia hija a cualquier medio de cotilleo (como afirmar "Sam drogaba a mi hija" y mostrar todos esos detalles escabrosos (que no sabemos si ella de nuevo se inventa o si los está exajerando o deformando; desde luego mentiras es lo que ella ha venido contando a los medios hasta ahora).

Todo esto Lynne lo hace para alejar definitivamente a Sam de Britney. Y personalmente, creo que responsabilizarse de dar la medicación a Britney es algo que dice mucho bien sobre Sam Lufti. Así como dormir en el coche en la puerta de su casa para vigilarla.

Después de ir corriendo a informar a los medios de cotilleo tras enterarse de que Britney iba a ser internada de que "había tenido un intento de suicidio", una completa falsedad... yo ya no creo NADA de Lynne. Me parece que Britney tiene mucha razón al haber huído de su familia como quien huye del diablo y al intentar con los pocos medios que tiene a su alcance (pues la intentan aislar hasta de sus abogados) que retiren la tutela de su fortuna (que es la única que han pedido hasta la fecha) a sus padres.

No es nada normal que Lynne ahora haya vuelto a contactar a TODOS (desde ETonline, hasta TMZ, OK Magazine, USmagazine, 17xonline, etc) lo medios de cotilleo para darles documentos que están bajo sumario y que de nuevo hacen un daño irreversible en la imagen de su hija. Exactamente el mismo daño que esta imagen ha sufrido con todos los rumores y detalles escabrosos de su supuesta súper drogadicción que el "entorno de Britney" (a estas alturas imagino que siempre se ha tratado de Lynne) iba informando a todos los medios de cotilleo, siendo totalmente FALSO (como el intento de suicidio del otro día anterior a su internamiento por la fuerza), pues siempre que se ha hecho los test de drogadicción el resultado ha sido negativo.

Son los dos medicamentos típicos que se recetan a los enfermos bipolares para curarse de su enfermedad, cuando Britney salga del hospital, tomará exactamente las mismas medicinas que Sam Lufti le estaba dando.

Otra cosa, a los enfermos mentales nadie les da medicamentos porque sí. El psiquiatra que les trata (en este caso esa Deborah Nagel imagino), SIEMPRE pide a alguien del entorno del enfermo que se encargue de la correcta administración de los medicamentos, porque los enfermos no suelen estar en condiciones de hacerlo bien ellos solos.

Os escribo desde España para pediros que por favor ayudéis a Britney Spears, ya que si no lo hacéis vosotros, creo que nadie va a poder hacerlo.

Os incluyo varios comentarios que creo que describen claramente la situación de Britney, similar a la de Jon Benet u otros niños explotados por unos padres excesivamente controladores que se comportaban con ellos como si fueran objetos y no seres humanos con derecho a decidir en sus propias vidas.

No sé si tenemos razón los que pensamos así, pero lo que está claro es que Britney está siendo aislada cada vez más por sus padres, de todos sus amigos, entorno, novio, cualquier persona que pudiera escuchar su verdadera voluntad y ayudarla, incluyendo a sus propios abogados. Qué puede esperar en el futuro a una persona aislada e internada por la fuerza en un psiquiátrico, cuya madre envía permanentemente a los medios de prensa informaciones intensamente perjudiciales para Britney? (algo en lo que nadie parece pararse a pensar, ¿qué clase de madre hace eso con su propia hija...? ¿cómo se puede ser tan egoísta hasta destruir la imagen pública de su hija de esa manera...? ¿cómo se puede ser tan controlador como para pretender decidir qué amigos va a tener un hijo que ya tiene 26 años... ? ni si quiera los padres de drogadictos tienen potestad para decidir esas cosas... los padres de Britney obviamente están tratando a Britney como si no tuviera derechos de ser humano, como si fuera un objeto, SU objeto, que hace lo que ellos deseen, sin importar hasta qué punto haya que destruirla para conseguir controlarla completamente).

I have always been baffled at how such a seemingly sweet loving mom could deteriorate in 12 months to this. This would explain it and redeem Brittany to many.

Does anyone else find it interesting that Sam hired Trope and Trope aka Ron Rale. Yes Howard K Sterns partner in the Anna Nicole estate. The drugging, isolating, so many bizarre similarities. Howard and Sam must of went to the same How to become a predator and wreck a celebrities life. I actually believed Howard until this connection came to light. Simple explanation: Sam's lawyer told him that if he didn't act like he was helping Britney more than he has in the past it would be harder to defend Sam in court against the mom's allegations. I guess if Hitler gave a kid some ice cream you would think he was an okay guy too.

Ms. Spears is lucky to have parents that show up at any time. (Although none of us know them...)These don't seem to be people who are out for their own personal gain. They unconditionally love their child and have clearly demonstrated that by showing up whenever she calls regardless of how she has treated them. Britney has been an intersting and entertaining story to follow. Clearly this Lufti character has brought a lot of destruction to her life. None of us can relate to what it's like to walk in her shoes! This guy needs to be finished in the industry. I read the entire court order on TMZ and was totally disgusted. This Lufti guy is pure evil and Britney surely has a mental problem. Letting him control everything, including her hard earned money. It is very sad. She has such a low self esteem to keep getting involved with such losers. Letting Lufti move in the house with her, cutting her phone lines, disabling her car so she could not leave, feeding her pills. This is a very very sad situation and I do not believe the dad is wanting Britneys money. He is a father who's daughter has gotten herself into a terrible situation and needs help. Sam Lufti is evil. Jamie and Lynne Spears are narcissists. They are parents who use their children for their own personal gain. They should cut off ALL income from Britney - their daughter - and conduct themselves with some dignity and moral integrity as her parents, FINALLY - before it's too late.

I sincerely hope to God that someone stands up and does the right thing by this young woman ASAP - and helps her to save her own life - in time.

I question the doctor who was treating Britney. Bipolar patience are usually hospitalized so they can be observed and the medication can be adjusted. One missed dose or medication that makes the patient symptoms worse or than caught in time and other drugs are used. You do not crunch them into food the dose can be off if the food is not all eaten. Is this a doctor Sam hired and please tell me she is not still the doctor in charge.Britney parent saw a man who had unlimited control over their ill child and they stepped in and took him out of the picture. I would also; if what I am reading is how he was treating Britney. Britney is were she needs to be and Sam need to stay away. Lynne Spears managed Britney before and I trust she will again just fine, I also think the Spear family thought Britney was on drug this whole time and was trying to do tough love on her. I disagree it is perfectly acceptable to force someone even without their knowledge to take the prescribed medication. Most appropriately in Britney's case. Someone mentally unstable but yet refuses to accept she has problems therefore refusing to take the drugs that may very well save her from killing herself or someone else. Look I am not sure what who this guy really is... but from what I am reading yeah he tricked her to take her meds ie "what's insomnia mean" being asked from a person that does not want to sleep as can be seen by her 2 a.m. shopping sprees... "Why Britney it is to keep you awake" which is exactly what she wanted to hear and hopefully she did take the med and hopefully she did go to sleep. He was giving her the prescribed medication from her shrink... he called for an intervention... he was trying to help her and maybe cutting her off from the outside world and trying to get her to sit still and think clearly was his motivation. As for name calling and such well you know if she didn't take the dam meds she wasn't going to get to see her kids... this girl has been coddled enough maybe tough love is what she needs to hear and maybe from someone other than her parents. Besides he didn't call her or say anything to her that half of us hasn't posted about her at one time or another!

Oh yeah and his forcing these drugs into is not Howard K. Stern I see no Soma's, methadone, Vicodins any of those meds mentioned... in fact the ones mentioned are the ones prescribed by shrinks for bi-polar, mentally disturbed patients.

The important thing here is she is in the hospital, hopefully she will FINALLY get the help she needs and you guys know what is was Lufti that finally got her there... her parent's showed up after the fact!
